Couldn't have made a better decision 2/6/2006

I visited the website and thought it was very professional and informative. So I took the chance and called. I spoke to Monica who asked me if I wanted to come in for a visit. I did and not only was she great, but I got to sit in on a class as well. My instructor was great. He is very knowledgeable, funny and easy going. If anyone needed help, he was there guiding them and making sure they understand the problem and the solution. more

It seemed to be the most professional and was the only school actually addredited by the state. I liked the setup of the classroom. ALso, I felt like NYBS would be the most helpful in assisting with job placement. They made the whole experience fun while actually teaching us. Undoubtedly, he has substantial knowledge and experience in the industry and was extremely helpful in guiding us in our careers beyond the classroom. He gave us the confidence we need to succeed. more

I've researched it online and found out that it's a licensed school and has an excellent reputation. The location is also perfect for where I live. Tom is very knowledgeable. He is a wonderful teacher and made us feel comfortable the whole time. I would definitely recommed Tom and this school to all the people who want to attend bartending school. more

Courteous, Intelligent and Fun Staff 1/20/2006

After hearing about NYBS from a friend a few years ago I visited the website and it peaked my interest. After visiting the site again and attending the introductory class I was convinced that this was somewhere I could learn a lot from a professional, courteous, intelligent and fun staff. The course, as I expected, is a foundation which prepared its students for both part-time work or a career in bartending. more

NUMBER ONE ON GOOGLE SEARCH 1/20/2006

They make you feel confident and relieves a lot of pressure when teaching - very encouraging which is great because I get discouraged very easily. I was referred by a friend. It was number one on the Google search of bartending schools in N.Y.. The website is fabulous and professional - I never felt like anything funny was going on. more

I found Tom to be a great instructor and also a lot of fun. I'm happy that I chose the morning class. Compared to the others, I felt NY Bartending was more reputable. Also, I cam to the Intro Class (which other schools didn't offer) + I loved it. Not a happy camper 11/29/2005

The classes were overcrowded. I had to share a work station and the instructors were to busy putting the moves on the female students to help me when I needed it. more
