Great instructor. I learned a lot frmo him. He taught us, among other things, many different recipes in a short period of time with enough repitition & reinforcment to remember them, but not, so much that class became uninteresting or redundant. more

knows exactly how to mix work & pleasure during his classess. Good teacher + nice personality. My friend told me that she graduated NYBS and then she felt like a proffessional bartender. I trust her & now I know she was right! more

Great website and the people on the phone were modest and genuine. I started the class one day after moving to NYC, my instructor was amazing! He challenged me because I had some knowledge already coming into the class. His honesty and experience with the business were very beneficial. more
