After reading the reviews I was really skeptical of visiting this bridal salon. I went knowing the way it works and expecting poor customer service. However what I received was excellent customer service. I did my research before I arrived and looked at all of the designer's websites and printed photos of the gowns I wanted to try. I was running late so I called to let them know and they said it was ok, see you when you get here. I walked in and there was a lady at the front desk, I started to sign in and she said I didn't have to because I had an online confirmed appointment. She walked me through the store and showed me all the sections and explained the layout of the gowns. I was allowed to choose 5 gowns to start with and you hand them to the guy working the floor who puts them all together. Once you pick 5 you go back to the dressing area where there are signs telling you all of the rules, no photos until the gown is purchased, do not touch the veils, please ask for assistance, due to limited space only the bride and consultant are allowed in the dressing area, and on the stage where the mirrors are. I did have to wait about 40 minutes to try on my gowns but I enjoyed watching the other brides try on their selections and see their reactions. It was a Saturday and they were pretty busy, with about 3 consultants working with the brides. It was my turn to try on gowns and I got Piper, she was FANTASTIC! I'm not modest so I didn't mind having to undress in front of her. We tried the gowns I chose and I enjoyed having someone put the gowns on me where they fit like they should and show me what it would look like with them bustled in the american and french. I wanted to try on more gowns and they said I would have to choose them and go to the back of the line if more brides were waiting to try on gowns, but I got lucky and no one was waiting so Piper and I went out to the floor and picked a few more, and she chose one she thought I would like and I found 2 very affordable and orderable gowns during my visit. Until I found this place I had only found sample gowns that I could afford, now I have two very pretty BRAND NEW options :) Oh and of course they don't let you know who the designer is until you purchase the gown, but if you do your research before hand and know who they carry, it's not that hard to figure out who makes the gown you tried on, unless it's a discontinued style. I found a beautiful Davinci Bridal and a Mori Lee Bridal gown, I know this because I did my research. I have to go back with my mother in law and my mom, so they happily wrote down their style numbers and gave me a card with them on it and they were happy to have me come back later. They were even offering 10% off if you pay in full this past weekend, and additional discounts on the discontinued gowns. I think it is very worth your while if you go knowing the rules.
