Review content:
I wish I had read all the reviews before I ordered my wedding dress from New Natalie's. ***If you're a poor sap like me and already ordered something from New Natalie's, you better check on its status ASAP.*** Here's my story: I visited New Natalie's in March, 2011. Initially, I was impressed by the selection of dresses, and the place was empty, so I got good service. I did get a little upset because you're not even allowed to take pictures of a gown until you purchase it. I really should have realized something was wrong when I went to check out and the sales-lady didn't even have the right chart! Thankfully I noticed, so I got her to go back and find mine. I paid for my gown in full on March 10th. They emailed me two weeks later saying the estimated ship date from the manufacturer would be July 8th. I started pestering them around July 12th, but I couldn't get any answers! A few people tried to tell me it was the manufacturer's fault... clearly a lie to cover their butt. Now, half-way through August, I am still waiting for it to arrive. I keep calling, and every day someone tells me the owner will call me back, but it hasn't happened. I live in Florida, so I can't actually go in and talk to anyone. I have less than two months until the big day in October. All I can do is pray that by some miracle it will fit perfectly, if it ever gets here.
