Please save your time and money - go somewhere else! I went to New Natalie's with my 6 bridesmaids on a Saturday to look for bridesmaids dresses. One of my bridesmaids called during the week beforehand and was told there was no need tor an appointment because there would be plenty of associates available. Therefore, we arrived in the early afternoon and were surprised to find that no one offered to help us. The dressing room is a big square room with no doors that anyone who wants to try something goes in at the same time. If you're modest, good luck! It was hot ant stale in there, we were all very uncomfortable. When we finally found the dress we wanted (with no help from them), we had to wait about 45 minutes for someone to fit us. After that, the associate who took the deposits for the dress expressed absolutely no politeness or gratitude toward my group. We are buying 6 dresses here! Also, I, the bride, was forced to leave my credit card # incase one of the girls' cards didn't go through later. Nice. No one has called to let us know that the dresses have shipped arrived, even though I've left messages and used the Contact Us on their website. The approximate ship date was early August... To add to the sinking feeling, we found the exact same dress for $60 cheaper online. Just saying, go somewhere else!
