Best

I was hesitant about coming to this shop because of a lot of negative reviews I read online... but I have to say, it was actually my best experience in shopping for my wedding dre...

Worst

I had narrowed it down to 3 dresses from other salons when a friend made me an appointment at New Natalie's. Our appointment was on a Friday afternoon, and it wasn't crowded, so ...

You get what you pay for! 3/27/2007

I was suprised to hear such lousy reviews for New Natalies. Granted, it was over two years ago that I was there buying my wedding dress, but geez! I had always had the dream in my head of going shopping for my gown, going to a upscale salon and being catered to. Then, reality dawned on me of how expensive those botiques could be. My mom always told me, ""You get what you pay for"". I didn't care to pay for exceptional customer service or someone to cater to me. I wanted a fabulous dress at a fabulous price. That's what I got, I paid $250 for the dress of my dreams. Who cares about anything else? Pros: Great Selection and Pricing Cons: Lots to comb through, must bring patience more

Terrible Customer Service 9/20/2006

I bought a dress from New Natalies and I needed to have the dress steamed for my wedding day. Most bridal stores do a complimentary steaming, when I called to see if New Natalie's would steam the dress they simply told me ""NO"" and they they could refer me to a place. I think that was very tacky. Not to mention the trouble that I went through when ordering my bridesmaids dresses. Very unorganized and unprofessional group of people. I wouldn't recommed them if this was the LAST bridal shop in Atlanta, GA. more

Customer Service Lacking 9/17/2006

Selection is quite difficult to view, as all of the dresses are in garment bags. Staff was very cool and standoffish. I would not recommend shopping here. Nothing special about the store or the customer service. Pros: parking Cons: customer service, gowns in garment bags more

Lack of grace in an industry that requires it 6/11/2006

The only thing I can say about this shop is that I did find some lovely dresses, but by no work of the staff of the establishment. I went specifically for a Maggie Sottero trunk show, and in a matter of minutes I found what I knew I wanted to have for my gown. It was expensive, but I decided I would go for it. Ironically, that is where the pleasantry ended. Apparently they had just put it on the mannequin and refused to take it off since the gown was not in my size. I wanted to simply hold it up in front of myself, and they refused. They said I could order it if I liked, but ""trying"" it in that fashion was out of the question. I asked whether I could take a photo for my mother who lives in another state, and they refused. I understand this policy, and was not offended until the woman sharply berrated me for making a quick sketch of the dress in lieu of the picture I wanted to take. She said I would not be welcome back into the store if I didn't quit drawing. What I find ironic here, is that she thought I might not be able to remember it when I went outside. It remains admonishable that a customer who was ready to lay down well over $1000 on a gown was treated with such a lack of courtesy. Pros: Gowns well represented Cons: Everything else. more

Worst Bridal Salon in Town 3/29/2006

I The wedding dress shop offers cheap prices on decent gowns but dont expect great treatment. I was willing to take a chance with the shop because of such low prices and I really paid for it in other ways. The customer service is horrible and the sales people are just like sleezy car salesman. I have waited over 16 weeks for the dress and had to drive over to the store to get some customer service and was treated poorly there too. All sales are final there so I am stuck dealing with them until the dress comes in- which may be another 3 months from now. Save yourself the time and frustration and shop at a wedding salon that might cost a bit more but treats you decently. Cons: customer service, location and parking more

Very unprofessional salon 11/8/2005

I would not recommend this bridal salon to anyone. The customer service was horrible. No one seem to know anything about bridal service without asking the manager. Bridal consultants were not knowledgeable about dresses. They lack attention to details. The train of my dress was not accounted for in the ordering process, therefore, my dress was missing a train when it arrived. The owner/manager argued that the train was never there and that it was my imagination. I ended up paying additional for the dress because of their mistake. Pros: couture dresses Cons: poor parking, disorganized, unprofessional more

Rude people, overpriced gowns 11/8/2005

Shopping for dress was something I was looking forward to, until I visited Natalies Bridal. Gowns are in bad shape, overpriced, the lowest I have seen around $400 and it was in terrible condition. The owner of the store told me not to touch the dressed because I have something on my fingers. I was stunned by the rudeness. Then after spending about 40 min and finding 7 dresses I found out that I could only try 5. I was ready to tell them Do you really think that I am going to drive here twice when the gas prices are over the roof to try on this gowns? Instead I just walked away hearing when 2 salespeople were very loudly discussing behind my back that I came in with the attitude. I came in happy hoping I will find the gown, but was belittled instead. Cons: really bad cust. svce, overpriced dresses, bad parking more

Big Mistake! Look elsewhere 9/26/2005

New Natalie's Bridals is very below par. Their attention to detail is greatly lacking and their communication with the customer needs drastic improvement. When you walk in the selection seems plentiful, but they really have no care for the bride or her special day. Beware of buying off their rack with the promise that ""their seamstress"" will easily alter it. Not true. This store preys on the naivity of brides. Also, you can only try on 5 dresses during a visit or pay them $20 (huh??) and the attendant has to be in the dressing room with you as you strip down and try on the gowns (weird and uncomfortable much?) I wasted hundreds of dollars at this store due to naivity and after my whole ordeal I visited other bridal salons that were just as affordable and much more pleasant and professional. Cons: bad parking, poor customer service, bad policies more
