My husband and I were very pleased with the outcome of our kitchen cabinets. The entire job was done timely and everyone was very professional. Roy followed up to make sure we were happy with the results and Greg and other workers were very flexible with our schedule.\r \r They did an outstanding job and I get so many compliments on my kitchen. more

My husband and I want to express our sincere appreciation for all that Roy Faust and New Creations did to give us the kitchen we have longed for. Roy showed up for our first meeting with an enthusiastic knowledge of what could be, with a great design eye and a belief in his crew to do the job he promised us would be done. And what a job they did. The results are so much more than we ever expected! Our kitchen is absolutely beautiful! We love it! From new floors to new ceilings and everything in between, the crews at New Creations did fabulous jobs with impeccable craftsmanship. They were courteous, respectful, on time, and just plain great at their individual craft. A quick thanks to Greg for my absolutely beautiful cabinets? and the stain was perfection! And then there is the customer service. Roy started it off very well indeed, and Joshua and Troy continued it without skipping a beat. They made us feel very well cared for and comfortable as our house was being demolished around us, as well as, while it was being built up anew. They listened. They made suggestions. They calmed our fears. They were our friends. They sincerely made us feel that we were the center of their attention. How rare is that these days? We also had the pleasure to work with Julia on our design decisions. We would pick out products, tiles, etc. and then get second thoughts. Julia was patient and kind as she gently guided us through what can be a nerve racking assignment. ..especially for those of us who have trouble with making decisions. Thanks Julia. It all came together beautifully. And have I mentioned that they came in not only on time but on budget. I kept expecting that a final bill for an additional 10 ? 20% would be coming my way, as that is what I was told to expect from most contractors. It didn?t happen. Roy gave me a quote and the job was done as he quoted it would be. I was also given a 6 ? 8 week window to complete the job. I expected it to probably run over by a week, maybe two or three. But it didn?t. It was complete in less than 6. I was amazed and delighted to say the least. Roy?s integrity, from day one, was what we banked our money on. Our returns were more than expected. Thanks to all of ya?ll at New Creations for making our home, oh so much more beautiful and enjoyable. Pros: Great Craftmanship, and Customer Care Cons: Not one more

Roy Faust and the team at New Creations exhibit a rare combination of creativity, technical prowess, honesty, and dedication that is oh so rare. From the initial meeting with Roy, where he easily understood our thoughts and goals for our new kitchen, to the design process, where those ideas were improved, through construction, where the ideas were implemented with precision, New Creations' expertise and abilities were evident. New Creations employees and all subcontractors are skilled artisans who take great pride in their work and who are enjoyable people to be around. In addition to their quality work they take great care in minimizing the impact that a remodeling project has on your home and home life. Roy has created a design center, which, in conjunction with his expertise in creating a kitchen that is both pleasing to the eye and functional, allowed our new kitchen to come to life in a way that typical samples cannot provide. The ability to see cabinet/counter/hardware/lighting combinations in a large scale setting inspired confidence in our decisions. As mentioned above, everyone associated with the project exhibited great honesty, and a commitment to quickly resolving any issues that arose during the project. New Creations captured our kitchen remodeling business because they offered the whole package ? from design inception through installation, with a key focus on customer satisfaction. Roy Faust, New Creations owner, lives and breathes his commitment to his customers, and it permeates throughout his team. We enjoyed being an integral part of the kitchen upgrade design process, making key selections of cabinet styles/wood/finish, backsplash tile, inserts, and hardware in the New Creations? design center. One of the most rewarding parts of the design process was selecting the granite slabs at Pacific Shores and meeting with New Creations designer, Julia, and Summit Stoneworks manager, Sam, to jointly layout the pattern of the kitchen countertops on the actual granite slabs. Our New Creations project was managed with an online project scheduling tool that was very useful, and any detailed information requests were responded to promptly by phone and email. Great work 1/22/2010

The work was done on time and in a very professional manner. We only needed a counter top and the workmen were very careful not to damage our existing cabinets. We were given a schedule when the counter top would be installed, when the tile contractor would be there and when the plumber would install the new sink plumbing. Every process was started on time and completed on time. Ever member of the work crew were very respectful of our home and did there best to keep it clean of outside dirt. I do highly recommend New Creations Custom Kitchens and Bath Remodeling to every one that is looking to redo their home. Pros: Excellent work ethic more

Kitchen - Beautiful and Functional! 1/22/2010

I Love My Kitchen! We met Roy and some of his team members at the last home and garden show in August and decided to let him come over and provide us some ideas as to what we could do with our kitchen. We purchased our 17-year old home in 2008 and knew at that time that it needed renovating. The cabinets were ?golden oak?, 30 inches tall with white laminate counter top covering every available spot. Additionally, the original appliances were still in use! Roy was much attuned to our schedule and made several evening appointments to meet with us. His suggestions of installing under-counter lights and ceiling can lights (to replace the three fluorescent fixtures ? which for some odd reason, I really wanted to keep?), were initially met with resistance, but we folded? After meeting with Julia and Roy at the design center, we decided on a red mahogany finish over knotty alder cabinets. Julia creatively designed a ?furniture? piece of cabinetry and enlarged the island to accompany the shape of the kitchen. I provided design specifications of the appliances I selected to Greg and his team perfectly sized all areas to fit like a glove. Larry, the plumber, and James, the electrician were pleasant and very professional. Trevor, Josh and Troy were always on top of the schedule. From the time we met with Roy and Julia at the design center, the cabinets and appliances were ripped out and new cabinets and counters were installed, to the final touchups, we were looking at approximately 2 ? months. This was primarily due to the glass I selected which turned out to not be available locally and had to be special ordered. The professionalism, courteousness and sensitivity to customer needs of the New Creations team are second to none. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a remodeling effort. P.S. The can lights we were so hesitant to have installed ? we wouldn?t have them any other way! Pros: Professional, Courteous and Perfectionists! Cons: None I can think of! more

My wife wanted new countertops in our 10 year old kitchen. After new wood flooring in the house this past summer I looked at doing this for her. Our kitchen was ""standard, run-of-the-mill, no frills kitchen"" with pickled, white-washed cabinets (no handles), linoleum floors, and as the owner Roy called it a ""god awful"" green backsplash with walls to match. Pros: Absolutely the best team out there Cons: Hmmmm.....none! more

We recently finished our full kitchen remodel with New Creations. After viewing photos of the company’s work on their website, meeting with Roy, and visiting their showroom, I never doubted we would get a gorgeous kitchen. (And we did). What did surprise me was the exceptional degree of customer service, attention to detail, and true commitment to making the customer happy that we experienced, something that was demonstrated by every member of the New Creations team. These guys take pride in their craftsmanship and truly don’t rest until the customer is satisfied. Our concerns were their highest priorities. I was also surprised by the efforts they took to make sure the remodel process was as painless as possible on my family – working quickly to allow us to have our functional kitchen back, blocking and ventilating the worksite to minimize dust in the rest of the house, cleaning up the jobsite each day, and even having a professional cleaning service come in at the end of the project. We not only have an incredible kitchen now that we love, we had a great experience in getting it. Who would have thought? I highly recommend these guys. New Creations is the company that will give you the quality results and the peace of mind that you will be taken care of. Roy and his team take pride in their work and the results are just beautiful. My 25 year old kitchen and bath make us feel like we are in a new home. We were able to expand our guest bathroom and add a window. The tile work is just wonderful to look at in the bath and the kitchen. Our kitchen cabinets are gorgeous and the layout of the kitchen design turned out better than I imagined, thanks to the New Creation team. Pros: Quality workmanship more

It's amazing what a little change can do, that makes a big difference. My kitchen cabinets were ugly, outdated and needed a change. So, I searched around for a couple of companies that did cabinet refacing and had them come out and give me a quote, but there was no comparison to New Creations. Roy Faust and his team are great to work with, I could really tell he loves what he does by his enthusiasm and knowledge. My whole experience was amazing and I can't wait to have them put in a new back splash, new tile around the fireplace and downstairs floor. I'm madly in love with my new kitchen. We started looking at Kitchen remodeling companies during the summer (2009). Our challenge was to update a 16 year old kitchen with new cabinets, granite counter tops, and updated lighting. We also wanted to retexture of the downstairs ?popcorn? ceiling. After visiting with several remodeling companies over the summer, we decided to go with Roy at New Creations. Why? Several reasons: we were impressed with the online feedback from the customers, website photos of past projects, a call to a past New Creations customer and Roy?s openness to answer the numerous questions with regards to his past remodeling jobs and overall business structure. But the one thing that really captured us before we signed the contract was the visit to the showroom and the discussion with Roy?s team. I used New Creations for a kitchen remodel 2 years ago. Roy was great about helping me through the process of choosing granite and tiles to suit my style. He kept everything within my budget but always gave me options for upgrades if I wanted them. \r His team was very professional and my home was always cleaned up at the end of the day. The job was finished in a timely manner and follow-up was excellent. I was so pleased that I have now signed on with New Creations to have my master bath updated. \r My master bath remodel is now completed and once again New Creations came through and gave me the bath I've always dreamed of. Even though the remodel took place around the holidays, schedules were kept and there was minimal disruption of daily life. Roy and his team helped choose exactly the tile combinations I had in my mind and also gave me good suggestions on ways to compliment my choices. Tile work by Apollo and his assistant was wonderful, the vanities that Greg created are awesome and everything was done with little disturbance or mess. All the New Creations employees are professional, pleasant and easy to work with. Thanks again to New Creations for the bath they created for me! Our Remodeled Kitchen Is Wonderful! 10/29/2009

We had Roy and the New Creations crew remodel our 30 year old kitchen and are really pleased with how their work updated and revitalised the most popular room in our home. We liked our solid wood cabinets and wanted to try to match new door additions to existing cabinets. We were not sure it could be done to our satisfaction. How wrong we were! Our friends can't tell the new from the old, and Greg, the cabinet guy, really worked wonders with all our ideas. We were very impressed with the skilled artisans making up the New Creations team. Mike, the project manager, checked on the project every day and Troy made sure our several requests regarding the work site and our neighbors were met. For example, we didn't want loud music blasting from radios; we wanted the work site cleaned up at the end of each day; we asked them to keep the number of crew trucks and cars to a minimum and that our and the neighbor's driveways be kept free. New Creations exceeded our expectations in all regards.\r \r We are truly pleased with the finished product and would happily and enthusiastically recommend Roy Faust's New Creations to anyone thinking about kitchen and bath remodeling. We hope to remodel our master bath in the coming months and are keeping Roy and his team on our speed dial. Pros: Best Remodeling Work We've Ever Had Done Cons: NO Drawbacks more

Anxiety-free Remodeling Experience 10/27/2009

Due to some structural limitations, our kitchen cabinetry had to be custom built. We chose New Creations because of 1) their business process model and warranties, 2) their flexibility in working with both our design and budget constraints, and 3) their many rave and recent reviews. Every member of the NC Team was professional, flexible, creative, and prompt in communicating and resolving questions or challenges. Additionally, as experienced remodelers (not new construction) they appreciate architectural style versus popular trends, can anticipate potential issues in existing homes, and, blessedly, they respect that we 'live' here. My husband and I were exceedingly pleased with how easy the entire process was, unlike our prior contractor experiences. Working with Troy, Greg, et al, we were able to smoothly coordinate third party tradesman work into the schedule, including my husband and I doing some work ourselves. The most stressful point was deciding on a paint color! We are very happy with how the finished kitchen looks and functions, and that it was completed by the target date. We would recommend Roy and New Creations without hesitation. Pros: ease of communication and flexibility. more

Each associate of New Creations, from the ower Roy, with partners Troy and Greg, to the construction crew Polo and his helper Juan, truly cares about doing the best job possible and making the experience pleasant. They hire the best electricians, painters, plumbers, appliance installers in the business and coordinate their schedules so you don't have to worry about a thing. As a matter of fact, Roy's favoriate expression to me was ""Don't worry...that's what you're paying me for."" And with Roy Faust you get your money's worth. Not only would I recommend him to anyone looking to remodel, I'm recommending him to my MOTHER! I would recommend New Creations to anyone looking to understand all the options when facing a kitchen remodel. The design center was unique in that Roy could create a mock up with the finishes I had chosen- this was great for a person who debates endlessly between options and is not entirely confident in her ability to picture the finished product from a sample tile. New Creations really seperated themselves from other contractors I have used while remodeling with their superb degree of creativity, communication, and customer service. Our old kitchen looks better than I had dreamed at almost half of the quote I had recieved from a nationwide company. Thanks to Roy, Troy and the guys who have worked so hard to do the job they promised! Pros: better than I thought my cabinets could ever look! more

New Creations completely remodeled our kitchen and bathroom this summer. It was no small job as plumbing, electrical and duct work had to be completely rerouted. The job was so major that it even required reframing part of the house between the upstairs and downstairs and relocating a drain in the bathroom. Wow, we didn?t even know things like this were possible. more

New Creations Custom Kitchen and Bath began because of a love of remodeling. I got the urge to start my own company when I realized there was a tremendous void in the current remodeling industry. Contractors had developed a reputation for being dishonest with their clients and abusive to our environment. I felt that no company really embodied a passion for design nor had a strategic system to deliver their plan. I had the idea of creating a remodeling company that worked hard to protect our environment, developed comprehensive systems for project management, and offered selection and designing processes for the client to ensure a great experience.
