We recently finished our full kitchen remodel with New Creations. After viewing photos of the company’s work on their website, meeting with Roy, and visiting their showroom, I never doubted we would get a gorgeous kitchen. (And we did). What did surprise me was the exceptional degree of customer service, attention to detail, and true commitment to making the customer happy that we experienced, something that was demonstrated by every member of the New Creations team. These guys take pride in their craftsmanship and truly don’t rest until the customer is satisfied. Our concerns were their highest priorities.
I was also surprised by the efforts they took to make sure the remodel process was as painless as possible on my family – working quickly to allow us to have our functional kitchen back, blocking and ventilating the worksite to minimize dust in the rest of the house, cleaning up the jobsite each day, and even having a professional cleaning service come in at the end of the project. We not only have an incredible kitchen now that we love, we had a great experience in getting it. Who would have thought? I highly recommend these guys.
