Remodeling a complete kitchen is a major task and can be a major risk. After much research we chose New Creations and it was the right choice. We had a basic concept in mind for taking out the old cabinets and removing a bar height wall, but with Roy and his key players we were able to come up with a comprehensive plan. Their contributions really brought out some excellent ideas that pulled the plan together. With details on the proposed plans we were not only able to design a kitchen and bathroom we wanted, but had enough in the budget to then to make changes to the living room as well. The workmanship of the cabinets, the skilled people involved in all phases and the quality of the materials really made this a great experience. There were small issues now and then, and that is to be expected in a custom job. We had changes to make at different stages and they were quick to accommodate them all. The challenges then turned to accomplishments and we ended up with a remodel that exceeded our expectations. I have no hesitancy in recommending Roy, Troy, Greg or any of the other skilled, courteous people involved. more

As I was looking for my next new home, I fell in love with a home that had a kitchen remodeled by New Creations. It was amazing with exceptional design in which you could tell had been professionally executed. In our search for a new home, we ended up buying a house that was going to need to be renovated and immediately I called Roy. I told him I had seen his work first hand and wanted him to renovate our kitchen! Roy agreed to work with us although our situation would be unique in that not only was the kitchen being renovated, but the entire house was under construction. Roy and his entire team far exceeded our hopes for a dream kitchen! In working with different construction teams for the last 4 months, I can say that without a doubt New Creations stands out for their ability to communicate, execute, and make you feel like you are their only client! Roy and Troy were always available when we had any questions or concerns and that is invaluable when it comes to designing your dream home! Apollo, who did the tile work and punch list went above and beyond his role as well. Everyone on his team was professional, friendly, polite, and worked as though it was more than just a job for them. They all take pride in their work and it shows! I would not hesitate to recommend New Creations to anyone! more

We recently remodeled our master bathroom with New Creations, with Roy and Troy, and could not be happier with the outcome. As nervous newcomers to remodeling, I found Roy's straight-forward-tell-it-how-it-is style very refreshing. I was also pleasantly surprised and relieved that Roy did not try to ""sell"" additional things/services, but rather functioned as a guide and shared his experience with us if he thought it would benefit us in making a decision. Roy was extremely patient with our questions and concerns. more

We now have an amazing kitchen and couldn?t be more delighted! Many thanks to the New Creations team for their patience, diligence, professionalism, and kindness they have shown myself and family in the renovation of our kitchen. My husband and I have been through the ringer over the years from sloppy contractors that don?t show up when they say they would, did a shoddy job, and left a mess behind as they left. We found that Roy?s crew was the exact opposite of this as they did an outstanding job of arriving on time, showing true quality craftsmanship on the task at hand, and each day would clean up before they left for the evening. Apollo was one of the main people that worked incredibly hard each day and made sure that the kitchen was perfect for me. He did a beautiful job of fine tuning at the end to make sure that every last detail was taken care of. He is such a talented craftsman and incredibly polite. This whole process has been such a positive experience and has changed our outlook on contractors. As for Roy, the owner of New Creations, my husband and I were impressed with his willingness to make sure that we were happy with every unique part of the design. Roy worked very closely with my husband and I to do so, often on his own time which was incredibly generous given that my husband and I have been juggling 2 little ones 3 and under during this entire remodel. We found the design incorporated all of our ideas but then it also took it to the next level that made our kitchen not just nice, but absolutely stunning and a lot more functional. We have received many compliments in the short amount of time that it has been complete and are looking forward to spending a lot more time in our new kitchen. Thank you New Creations! more

After receiving countless compliments on our kitchen remodel (more like total overhaul), we called Roy and Troy about our tiny but disastrous hall guest bathroom. I knew this gem of a company had picked up quite a bit of business in recent months; however, I received the same level of diligence and attention on this much smaller project. My guest bathroom was completely transformed. This former afterthought in my home is now one of its best looking features. Everything NC touches turns to gold, and it is my pleasure to recommend them AGAIN! more

We began our search for a firm to remodel our kitchen/guest bathroom in December 2011. ?We first met with Roy Faust of New Creations in January 2012 and signed a contract with them in May 2012. ?Work started on May 13 and we did a final walk through with Roy on July 3. ?We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend New Creations. ? Roy worked very closely with us to get the design right and invested a considerably amount of his time with us before we formally committed to the project. ?Once we got started Troy managed the project and hit virtually project milestone as scheduled. ?Troy was very easy to work with and was very responsive to any questions or concerns we raised throughout the project. ? Roy and Troy make an excellent team. ?Trust and integrity were very important to us in selecting a firm to work with. ?New Creations exceeded our expectations and we genuinely liked working with them. ?We would also be remiss in not thanking Apollo for his attention to detail and the quality of his work. ?Also, James had many great ideas that we wouldn't have thought of as far as electrical and lighting. ?Manuel, head of the painting crew, was very quick and professional, even when we changed paint colors on him. more

In a day of many industry and service folks showing indifference and offering shrugged shoulders, these guys shine for listening, offering solutions, creativity, and problem solving when the scope of the project changes. They have assembled a vetted collection of trades people who know how to get the job done. The cabinets, in particular, are amongst some of the best made and beautifully crafted cabinets that I have seen. Solid wood with great detail to craftsmanship make them a joy to use and look at. The compliments from friends keep flowing about the remodel. Roy and I met and discussed the project and planning multiple times before starting and the cabinet manufacturer offered suggestions about the creation of unique wall that turned out to be a wonderful focal point that ties in wonderfully with the kitchen design. Troy's hands on detail to the project was also quite remarkable in managing the day to day scheduling and ensuring that things were on time and in place. In a remodel there are always going to be surprises, but the nice thing about dealing with these folks is that they become an ally for getting a solution in place as quickly and efficiently as possible. The end result has been a beautiful kitchen that greatly exceeds what I thought was possible for my space. You can't go wrong with having these guys manage your remodel if you want the piece of mind that things being done the right way with great attention to detail. more

Best Kitchen Remodeler...Hands Down! 5/1/2012

Roy (owner of New Creations) worked very patiently with us as we painfully crawled through the design and estimating/ bid evaluation process. He had a lot of great ideas we had not considered when we decided to remodel the kitchen. Once we finally accepted his offer, he very clearly lined out all the steps his team need to do and all the homework we needed to do in order to get all materials and resources in the right place at the right time. The first day of demo was Oct 19, 2011 and the last day of punch list tidy ups was Dec 23. The bulk of all the work and adjustments were completed by the end of November but Roy's commitment to 100% customer satisfaction kept his guys coming back until everything was right per his opinion which in a number of cases was far more detailed than ours. All of his team were very personable and we had no concerns allowing them to work in our home unattended. We got to meet all of them prior to us even signing the contract with New Creations which was just another example of how Roy took uncertainty out of the equation. Add on top this, their use of a web based project planning tool that we were given access to so we could always keep up with what was accomplished by who as well as what was coming and when. The team kept the house very neat considering the level of construction that was taking place and made sure to clean up at the end of everyday. We could not be happier with the final product New Creations delivered for us. The kitchen is far more functional than the original with lots more cabinet and drawer space without adding a single inch of sq footage. From beginning to end, Roy and his project manager, Troy were always responsive by e-mail and phone for any question that popped into our heads and the thoroughness of the upfront planning & design efforts they led resulted in no change orders or other financial surprises (except for items mandated by city code i.e. smoke detectors on every open surface in house it seems, overwhich they had no control). All of Roys' subcontractors took as much ownership of our satisfaction as Roy did for which we are very grateful. We highly recommend you consider Roy Faust and New Creations for your remodeling project, you will not be disappointed! more

After 10 years of thinking and talking about remodeling out 80s style master bathroom, we finally made the move and asked friends who they would recommend. Several told us about New Creations and we contacted Roy Faust and his team. From the very beginning, they listened to our needs, communicated flawlessly, and truly brought the whole team to reform our bathroom. New tub, sinks, granite counter, tile, paint, raising the ceiling, fixtures, lighting?.so many decisions for us, but they delivered exactly what we asked for. more

Remodeling a kitchen is such a huge deal that we put it off for quite some time. If only we had known about Roy Faust and New Creations we would have started much earlier!\r \r We love the final product and have to say that the experience was excellent. New Creations came in on budget and ahead of time!! These guys really know what they are doing!\r \r The planning was very thorough. We had a great exchange of ideas to finally come up with the design and materials we wanted and the end result proves it. We have a kitchen that is just right for our family and lifestyle.\r \r During the process Jeremy, our day-to-day contact, was always polite and professional, with a good sense of humor too! The work site was always clean. The subcontractors showed up when they said they would. We loved the Basecamp tool that helped everyone know the schedule, and let us plan our lives around the work. \r \r With a big project there will obviously be minor hiccups along the way, but it is how they were dealt with that shows the true professionalism of New Creations… quick to respond and always focused on providing excellent customer service. \r \r We would definitely recommend New Creations to anyone undertaking a kitchen remodel. \r more

FULL Service Kitchen and Bath Contractors 12/20/2011

My wife and I just finished a full blown ""complete gut"" custom remodel on our condo kitchen and master bath located in Tarrytown. The title says it all...these guys are a FULL service contractor and will do design, help you select materials, make color/pattern recommendations, write fixed bid quotes, manage subcontractors, and warrant the finished product. We are now enjoying the end result and get compliments on the remodel every time someone comes to the house. If we decided to sell the condo tomorrow, I think we would get back every penny spent. more

Best Kitchen/Bath Remodel in Austin 12/11/2011

No need to look any further. We hired Roy and New Creations in September to remodel our kitchen and bath. They were efficient, responsible, and professional, but most importantly...they did what they said they would do. We were provided with a line item estimate and the final cost was not a penny more. Great attention was given to every detail while each and every one of our concerns were addressed along the way. They have a design center with hundreds of tiles, countertops, etc. to choose from with professional advice along the way. They will bring samples to your home so you can get an idea of what the finished product will look like. At one point, we had received some back splash tile for the kitchen from a supplier that didn't quite line up right. Roy immediately removed the tile, re-ordered from the supplier, and re-installed it. That is the type of support I can live with. Please know that if anything is not done to your satisfaction, New Creations will do it over until you are satisfied. Attention is given to every detail of the project. One other feature New Creations provides is a calendar of events for your project. You can log on to their website and see what work is scheduled for each day. We would certainly hire them again and probably will for some other remodeling projects we have planned. Bottom line here is New Creations will do it right. They will not nickel and dime you to death like some contractors and you will have peace of mind knowing your finished product be exactly as you envisioned it. more

We recently completed a kitchen/first floor remodel. After talking to several companies we decided to go with New Creations and we are so thankful we made that decision. From the very beginning we clicked with the people at New Creations. Roy, Jeremy and Troy were nothing short of wonderful. They listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and offered alternatives to improve what we were trying to achieve and went out of their way to make sure we would be happy with the finished product when we were having a hard time making some crucial decisions. We wanted a kitchen that was functional and that was unique, not a carbon copy of a similar floor plan. We are really pleased with the end result. Honesty is a big thing for me when dealing with anyone. These guys and the crews they used were really up front. There were no surprises and no hidden costs. For the most part, time lines were met and the craftsmanship is excellent. The New Creation staff is young, energetic and out of the box thinkers. Most importantly they are honest and know what they are doing. Without a single reservation, I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of making home improvements. more

Amazing New Kitchen 9/19/2011

After 8 years in our home, we decided to update our kitchen. We researched and contacted several companies who did kitchen remodels. Roy at New Creations was the first (and one of the only) to respond to our queries. Roy and his band of contractors helped us with the new kitchen design. Alina helped with paint colors, cabinet colors and getting us appointments with various vendors. Roy's cabinet maker was phenomenal. Our new woodwork is truly beautiful. His tile crew were always prompt and did an amazing job with the new travertine. Both his plumber and electrician were always on hand to answer questions and solve construction issues. Working with Jeremy, our site manager, was fantastic! He was ALWAYS available by phone and email. (And, yes, we had him on speed dial!) Living through a kitchen remodel isn't ever fun, but Roy and his team at New Creations made it bearable. We are so glad we hired them. Our kitchen is beautiful!! more

I had a wonderful experience with all of the staff at New Creations. They did a expert job of refacing my kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The expertise of the installer was magnificent!!! I liked the way you were kept up to date on when what particular job would be performed and by whom. I would highly recommend the company and I do plan to use them when I redo my bathroom. more

Great Kitchen Remodeling Experience 5/31/2011

After 19 years, it was definitely time to remodel our kitchen. We talked to mulitple remodeling companies and chose New Creations over the others because they provided the most help in turning our general ideas into the final design. They also brought their own ideas... some we used and some we did not, but we still appreciated the input from people who have gone through the process many times. We were somewhat surprised at the amount of time that Roy, his staff, and his contractors spent with us up-front in the design process before asking for any commitment. That speaks to their confidence that they will build their credibility during the design process and clients will select New Creations for the remodel.\r \r Since a kitchen remodel is fairly ""intrusive"" to your daily living, it was important to us to choose a company that would stay on schedule especially when unexpected snags occur (which happens in every project). Jeremy did a great job of managing the project and staying on schedule... the entire project was completed in about 5 weeks. We were impressed with the fact that our home was kept very clean during the project with very little dust outside of the work area and are very happy with the quality of the work. We would definitely recommend New Creations to anyone looking for a kitchen remodel. more

New Creations Custom Kitchen and Bath began because of a love of remodeling. I got the urge to start my own company when I realized there was a tremendous void in the current remodeling industry. Contractors had developed a reputation for being dishonest with their clients and abusive to our environment. I felt that no company really embodied a passion for design nor had a strategic system to deliver their plan. I had the idea of creating a remodeling company that worked hard to protect our environment, developed comprehensive systems for project management, and offered selection and designing processes for the client to ensure a great experience.
