My Plumber 12/28/2017

Nothing was wrong with my technician. The company is overpriced for the services they render and then when I asked for an itemized receipt they said they are not allowed to break it down for me. To repair the handle and flap and chain inside the tank cost $300+ the materials for that job is less than $60 on the high side. A highly skilled plumber will be finished with that job in less than 30 minutes. I understand making a profit but that is a 200% profit. more

Bathroom Faucets and Shower 11/10/2017

Robert Runion provided great service on replacing the 4 bathroom faucets cartridges, shower, and shower head! He was efficient (did the job within the time frame), arrived on time, and cleaned up after the job! He also provided several options for the job! Recommend My Plumber for the plumbing service! more

He was polite, cleaned up and delivered the bill in a most businesslike manner. Super Quality Work 10/6/2017

We had a number of old plumbing equipment items in our house needing replacement: sump pump, pressure regulator and water heater. This was not an emergency situation. I contacted My Plumber and had a plumber at my door next day. The initial review was thorough and the plumber's suggestions were spot on. I'm not a professional plumber, but having done enough such work as a home owner for more than 40 years I was thoroughly impressed by the level of professionalism and competence of the My Plumber employee before, during and after completing the job. This was a job well done. more

I only gave 4 stars because my perception is that the pricing was astronomical. $3200 but I can get the job completed for a mere $790. This seemed like a stretch! more

Plumbing repairs 8/8/2017

Mr. Brian M. of My Plumber came within an hour and half of call for help with shower that hot water was not working for, and outside spigots that had not worked since bought home 2 years earlier. Mr. M replaced blocked valve to shower and cut and replaced copper line and installed supply/cut off so both front and rear outside spigots worked. He was professional, tidy, and quick with repair. Would recommend firm and Mr. M. for plumbing needs. more
