Good: Mr. Littlepage came in professionally; made the plumbing assessments for my gas hot water tank and bathroom commode; ensured that I understood what needed to be done; presented options and pros/cons for my decision; and made appropriate repairs. He ensured the items worked properly and said if there were any problems, don't hesitate to call back.. Bad: I can't identify anything I did not like.. Improvements: I can't think of any improvements.. Other: Mr. Littlepage even took additional steps to ensure I understood the valves on the gas hot water tank - he tagged the valves to ensure that we knew which ones to shut off, if there was an emergency. He had excellent rapport and made me feel comfortable with his work. I could tell he is very knowledgeable of plumbing work.. more

Good: Kevin is great at establishing a positive relationship with the customer. He listens, assesses the situation, determines the appropriate solution(s), and then delivers results at a fixed price. He keeps the customer informed at all phases. He is attentive to keeping the house and work site clean during and after completing the job.. Bad: Kevin has always met my expectations!!. Improvements: Kevin has always met my expectations!!. Other: Kevin is a very competent plumber. He is aware of code issues, always explaining why his solution(s) are in the best interest of the customer. Kevin has been providing our plumbing service for the last year plus and knows our house well. It is a real pleasure to have a plumber who remembers the house and the work previously performed.. more

Wayne was professional, friendly, and detail oriented in analyzing the problem and explaining technicalities of getting it fixed. The job was completed in a timely manner and to our complete satisfaction. Bit pricey, though! Appreciate however, that price was quoted upfront for entire job.....no gimmicks, no surprises! more

Byron Littlepage has been to my house twice in the last three months for plumbing repairs. One job was very complex and the other was a smaller, less complex job. He is very professional and knows the business well. He has made suggestions to improve my plumbing that were of no cost to me. His work has been excellent and he is very patient with customers when you ask questions. He has suggested minor repairs that I could do on my own to save me money. All in all I would recommend Byron to any one who needs plumbing work whether complex plumbing repairs or basic standard plumbing. more
