Plumbing Review-Toilet Installation 9/26/2016

My Plumber was/is excellent. I called and had a plumber, Mark Knapik, at the front door in 30 minutes. He assessed and advised options; while I got the toilet we wanted from Lowe's, he uninstalled the old one. Done another 30 minutes after that. Price was fair, service excellent and Mark was great. Very satisfied for entire experience. more

Work on AC unit 8/26/2016

"My Plumber H&C" sent Lee D. to our house for eval of AC unit that was not cooling properly. First, it's worth mentioning that customer lady who took the call was very helpful, courteous and informative. She was able to get us a next day appointment, and Lee showed up on time. At the house, Lee was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and made immediate diagnosis of the problem to institute same day fix. He was professional, answered all my questions, and was a pleasure to meet. Thanks to him, our problem was not only fixed, but he was helpful in getting us started on a maintenance plan that made sense to our budget and equipment. I will definitely ask for him again if we should have any problems, but it's my impression (after reading many reviews) that all their employees carry the same disposition. Thank you Lee. Much appreciate your help and expertise. more

Great, fast repair 7/27/2016

I had a pressure regulator valve fail, which caused a mess in my basement. Oscar came out and fixed the issue promptly and quickly. It was much appreciated in a rather stressful situation. more

Plumbing Recommendation 7/7/2016

I made an appointment with My Plumber Heating and Cooling for July 6, 2016. Ariel A. was the technician who arrived. I had two issues - cutoff valve that was leaking and could not disconnect the hot water hose from the washing machine to the spigot. Ariel checked both problems. Unfortunately he too could not disconnect the hose due to the amount off corrosion. He explained everything that needed to be done to fix both problems, he answered all of my questions, and he provided me with the cost prior to him doing any work. He fixed both issues very expeditiously and efficiently. He then explained everything that he did and answered my remaining questions. He was very friendly and professional. I will request him for any future plumbing needs. more

My Plumber ( Tech Chris L) 6/21/2016

Received call on time of arrival and he was right on time. Very professional. Explained issue I was having with my AC unit and he went right to the source of the problem. With in 10 min problem was found and repaired promptly. Explained the system and performed checks to insure nothing else was damaged or in need of repaired. With the service provided I decided to acquire a Maintenance contract with his company. Thank You again to My Plumber more

Heating and air conditioner check 5/2/2016

Lee showed up right on time, performed the Spring maintenance and explained everything. He even did an extra job that I had not requested beforehand and had the parts to do it. I have used My Plumber for several years now for various jobs from plumbing to heating and air. They installed a new hot water tank last year and did an excellent job. I will continue to call them in the future. more

My Plumber Review 4/28/2016

The two person team came out and solved a chronic solution. They also came up with a great idea to move a lever to my level so I don't have to get up on a chair to turn on the outside water. No one had ever thought of that before including me. Phil K. and Justin G. were fantastic! more

I am very please with customer service 4/24/2016

I know My Plumber has gone through personnel change, I know but both Bill H / JDS are very pleasant customer service oriented person's, especially being on the weekend. It shows very much that they both have pride in their work with their demeanor and total willingness to make sure all your questions are answered and that you are provided with the information required with a SMILE. A very pleasant experience. I, myself, have been in customer service for 20 years, these two are total gems for the company!!! more

Wonderful intelligent service 4/19/2016

Mike M. was our plumber. From the beginning he was polite and professional, he covered his shoes and took great care to respect our home. He offered us many different options to fix our issues and even pointed out some other things we could do ourselves to protect our selves. He also told us about all the other great services MyPlumber offers. We will definitely be using MyPlumber again for all our needs. Way to go mike we are now lifetime customers! more

Earlier this afternoon he came and did an HVAC inspection, and pointed out a few things that we need to consider having done to our HVAC; however, he didn't make it sound like it was urgent that we have the work done. He really gave us an education of what was involved, which is so helpful for a homeowner. Please thank Jonathan for us!!! more

AC/Furnace check up 3/13/2016

Mr. Woodbridge checked and tested the AC and furnace units, shared with me the results, and explained how the furnace motors interact with each other based on the mode the units are working (AC/Heating). Also, very important to me, he gave me advice on what to do next to maintain and protect the units, and how to protect the wooden floors by installing a humidifier. Thank you for the great and friendly service. more

Outstanding Plumbing Work from My Plumber 3/3/2016

My Plumber is my go-to business for plumbing work. I've been using this business for 15 plus years. Today, I called My Plumber to have a facet leak. My Plumber phone operator was pleasant and professional. I was scheduled for a plumber to stop by same day between 1200 and 1600. The Dispatcher called 30 minutes before the plumber's arrival. I was pleasantly surprised the truck arrived very early within the window. Genti P. (The Plumber) arrived, put on shoe covers to protect my floors, looked at my plumbing problem, explained the job process, and went right to work. I was very impressed with Genti P....great personality, outstanding work ethics, plumbing skills, and was very thorough. I'll definitely use My Plumber again! more

2013 water heater started leaking, 15 minutes call back from dispatch to confirm tech was on his way, 2 1/2 hours to new water heater installed by a Army Veteran!
