Excellent Customer Service 1/27/2017

John W. come to my home to check the operational status of two HVAC units as part of My Plumber's winter check-up. John was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He explained what he was testing, why he was testing the particular items and the significance of the test results. He eagerly answered my many questions including those about HVAC systems I am considering purchasing in the future. John represents the kind of customer service that is becoming harder to find in the USA. Great job! more

Dan provided excellent service and showed up on New Year's Eve and saved the day. My wife and I were hosting 22 people and no heat would have been a downer to say the least. Garbage Disposal Replacement 12/21/2016

Chris W. replaced my garbage disposal in a non-standard plumbing configuration that was installed when RylandHomes built my home. After spending hours installing the new disposal, he left early in the afternoon. Unfortunately, his original attempt resulted in a plumbing leak in the line from the disposal that I discover late that same afternoon. I called My Plumber dispatch, and Chris returned about 180 that same evening. He then spnt about an hour and a half trying several modifications to the leaking drain line. Thanks to his ingenuity and perseverance, he was able to solve the problem. There was no additional charge for his follow-on effort, and I no longer have a leak. more

Duct Cleaning / UV Filtering UNIT 11/9/2016

I have had the pleasure of meeting Michael Terry when he did the annual VIP cooling inspection. A very customer oriented person to which he will answer your questions and has an overall respect and good demeanor while working in the house. Before leaving I mentioned being in my home for 10 years and it may be time for the ducts to be cleaned -- we chatted a bit on it, came to an agreement to have both items completed. The appointments were made around my schedule and even when the part was late he seemed more upset than I did. I have another appointment in the upcoming weekend, so the time I could spare during the week was provided, with my job not a bit window. BUT Mr. Terry was here !! right on time to finish the job. Excellent work, excellent well rounded customer service -- I definitely will have Mr. Terry back to assist in any jobs that I would need to have done. more

Very Experienced 10/6/2016

We had a condensation issue with the AC ducts leaking onto and through the sheet rock. It had already been diagnosed, but we needed a solution. After a lot of inspecting and researching Lee was able to come up with a solution, he refused to give up! In his 30 plus years of experience he had never encountered this particular problem.
