John was my technician for my system check. He was on time. Friendly and professional. The first thing he did was put on shoe covers to protect my house. He did a thorough check and pointed out any potential problems and ways to keep my system working properly. He didn't try to sell me on a bunch of unneeded products. I have used this company in the past and have always had a positive experience. more

We have had water hardness problems that cause our shower diverters to become too hard to turn. Wayne diagnosed the problem quickly and gave us several other suggestions that led to replace our hot water heater (13 years old) and an anti scale system, Wayne was courteous and did a superb job on all of the issues. It started with a leaky copper pipe and turned into a major re-plumbing job. Tristan, Bryan, Brian, Alvaro, and Chris were the team sent from My Plumber to do the work. From start to finish, this team was extremely professional. They removed 95% of the copper plumbing (what they could due to poor design of the townhouse) and replaced it with updated plumbing, installed a water softener, and a new hot water tank in two days. Upon completion, they ensured everything worked and no leaks were found. Tristen even provided his personal cell just encase something were to happen. I'm satisfied with the service this team provided and would highly recommend them. more

Joe conducted my plumbing inspection. He was very thorough, patient, and provided excellent information on ways to improve the efficiency of my system as well as some items I may want to consider replacing. He gave me insight on how to conduct some of the repairs myself, such as gasket replacement. The more difficult and items like hot water heater flushing, he priced out and explained to me exactly how he would conduct it. Darrell T. was efficient in checking our heating system during regular maintenance. He used the foot covers so that dirt/leaves were not tracked into the house, He had an extra humidifier pad on his truck to replace a corroding filter. He was professional with a good attitude. more

STAY AWAY, especially from their "specials". It's nothing more than a way to get into your home and identify areas that need fixed so they can give you a quote for hundreds and hundreds of dollars. We had them come out to "winterize" our home and as they said, provide us with helpful information, and to identify our inside shut off valves (by tagging them) for our outside faucets. It's pretty hard to get helpful hints from a technician that can barely speak the English language. He did nothing but possibly break our outside faucet and tagged NOTHING. He was able to "recommend" solutions to some of our issues by quoting us hundreds and hundreds of dollars. We passed on his suggestions, mainly because he could not communicate his rationale for these suggested services, and refused to pay the $49. We called the office immediately to voice our frustration. We advised the tech we were doing so and would not be paying him directly. He REFUSED to leave our house! He sat out front for 40 minutes and then forced his way back into our home. We should have called the police! Eventually, 2 days later, the Regional Manager called and we explained what happened. He really didn't offer us any resolution and we just wrote it off as a bad experience. Two weeks later we receive a bill in the mail for the $49!!! Are these people serious???? Thank god I wasn't a woman home alone - the actions of their technician were extremely questionable and very threatening! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! more

John arrived, we talked about problem, he confirmed problem, gave a quote for repair, I agreed with $ and he then replaced bad disposal unit. Had nice discussion about Harley's and my past employer (CIIA). Everything went the way it should - very happy customer! more

Employee performed In an excellent manner and demonstrated strong technical skills. Inter personal skill - strong. Demonstrated need for cleaning compressor unit coils which was authorized. Enjoyed talking with him. more

Anthony was delightful, helpful and efficient. He was able to correct the problems quickly and efficiently. He put in two new toilets and snaked some drains for me and did it all quickly and neatly. I was very impressed with his competence and his kind manner. He was consistent in helping me to understand what he was doing and how to care for the drains in the future.
