My house is older and the plumbing has needed some attention. Moe has come out several times in the past few years. Each time he has been friendly and efficient. He takes the time to help me understand the problem and offers several solutions. He comes the same day as I call and can fix the problem the same day. I recommend My Plumber. Everyone I have interacted with from this company has made my experience as pleasant as possible. more

My Plumber - Wayne F. 7/16/2015

We called My Plumber due to very low water pressure. Wayne F. arrived exactly on time, accessed the situation and immediately began work on our well pressure tank and pressure switch located in the crawl space. We have two wells on our farm; one for the house and the other for the barn and automatic waterers in the pastures. Wayne did an excellent job of determining that the water for the house was actually being pumped from the nature well located 100 yards from the house. The well located directly behind the house had a bad pump. Wayne replaced the pump, pressure tank and pressure switch to restore water to the house from the appropriate well. The plumbing from the two wells to the house and three out buildings has always been a mystery to us so Wayne helped us diagram the plumbing for the entire farm. I would highly recommend Wayne F. and My Plumber for any plumbing needs. Wayne was courteous and professional. He is in our speed dial. more

Joe came in to fix our company's two restroom issues and he finished it all in one day, just like that! He was courteous and explained the issue to us thoroughly so we knew what exactly the problem was. I would recommend My Plumber to anyone. Thank you, Joe for your help! more

My plumber tech Byron L 6/30/2015

I have Byron L twice to service the hot water heater. Both times he was professional and efficient. I can't say that about the office that takes the calls. I was disconnected once by customer service, put on hold and got a recorded message that says they were closed for the Christmas Holidays. I was finally connected to the customer service manager and again was almost put on hold again, which I would of gone ballistic. I have worked in the retail business for 42 years and understand customer service. Those young ladies need some training that answer phones lor the company needs to practice what they preach. Answering a service call and following through is not rocket science more

Joe Leffler installed a pool heater at my home. He and his assistant accomplished the job quickly and efficiently. They removed the old heater and the box the new heater came in. They were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend My Plumber anytime based on my experience with Joe. more

Plumbing problem resolved 5/27/2015

Alex arrived promptly and after seeing the plumbing problems needing resolved he offered several solutions and their associated cost estimates. Upon agreeing on which solutions to employ , Alex worked quickly and had problems resolved to my satisfaction. He took all old parts and used supplies with him and the area was clean when he left. Alex was pleasant and competent and I would use his services again. more

Fantastic Hot Water Heater Replacement 5/12/2015

John McDonald had our old heater out and the new one in before I knew it. He explained everything before he started, answered questions, and set up the feeds from our solar system pre-heater with skill. John cleaned up and even had "booties on the two-wheel truck to move the heaters in and out. I will definitely call My Plumber again based my experience with John.. more

Chuck ROCKS! 5/1/2015

We had an emergency and with a family In a home no hot water isn't a good thing!! A friend who used My Plumber recommended we call. Chuck was sent, amid ridiculous traffic and a fatal accident he had to get around he made it in record time! He connected one tube that the previous worker in our house had knocked off place unintentionally and POOF! We had HOT water again! He was pleasant and very polite, he examined our Water Heater and answered all my questions! Thanks Chuck! YOU ROCK!!! more

The repair was to clear a pipe and replace a waste disposal. Anthony was on time. Polite, professional. Fully explained the options that were available to me. No high pressure. Stayed on task. Was efficient. Cleaned up perfectly. Left the work space in better condition then when he found it. We were thrilled. more
