We had a number of old plumbing equipment items in our house needing replacement: sump pump, pressure regulator and water heater. This was not an emergency situation. I contacted My Plumber and had a plumber at my door next day. The initial review was thorough and the plumber's suggestions were spot on.
I'm not a professional plumber, but having done enough such work as a home owner for more than 40 years I was thoroughly impressed by the level of professionalism and competence of the My Plumber employee before, during and after completing the job. This was a job well done.
