Mr Jeff came to do maintenance of the cooler, which was not done for over a year. But he did a good job and I was satisfied with what he did.

Such a phenomenal young man! Extremely happy with his service! Had the best customer service that I've seen since I can remember! It was a hot day out and he made sure he did everything that he could to get our system back running! Front desk lady not so helpful. Took a couple hours to return our calls and was not as friendly as I expected for someone who needed the service job. Tech was not familiar with what to do, maybe implement more training. Despite it all Jay saved you all a customer for life. Anytime we need more service I would request him. more

I was not actually at the house when the technician was there, but if the service was anything like the service calls in the past, I have no complaints. more

Mini Split Installation. 5/19/2017

The Morgan Air Conditioning team of David Devereaux and his assistant Jay did a very professional job in installing the replacement Mini Split heat pump in our home. They removed the old system ensuring no detail was overlooked and were concerned with conserving those items reusable in the new installation. Great care was taken while placing the new unit into position. They thoroughly inspected and tested the system to ensure it was fully functional and ready for years of trouble free use. They did a complete inspection of the work area to make sure everything was picked up and nothing was left behind. Both David and Jay are assets to your business and are indicative of the quality of the personnel you have in your company. First visit and recomendations 2/7/2017

Mr Jake came in to check our system. he was very helpfull to evaluate and recomend improvements. My husband and me were very satisfied with the work and explanation he gave to us. Morgan Air Tech Rich was the kind of service rep. that you want to see at your door. Based on what info I gave him, he went immediately to the problem area. After a brief discussion I agreed to the estimate he gave and the work was done within the hour. I will always request Rich when I call for service on our A/C. Thanks Morgan Air. more

He was very professional, the furnace did not have power he check the different sections of the furnace ands determined the the power switch was turned off. We are new to the home and did not know the the switch controlled the furnace and was turn off by accident. When that was determined he made sure the heating and AC was operating. He knew what he was doing and very good at his job/ more

6 months service call 12/13/2016

Michael came right on time and did quite a bit of service on our A/C. I feel he did a very thorough job on the air handler and condensing unit. Mike took the time to explain to me just what he was doing and why. Overall I am very pleased with Morgan Air. more

I found Rafael to be courteous, thorough and skilled. Although the final cost was higher than I expected Rafael walked me through the detail of the service and explained the cost breakdown. I am very pleased with the outcome and expect my AC to perform well in the days ahead. more
