I am recognizing Fred for the SUPER job he does. Fred is the absolute best field tech I have ever had. He is not only the smartest, most knowledgeable,and most thorough,and MOST HONEST tech, but also as a person he is 5 STAR+. Fred has all the quality's of someone I would hire and want on my team. more

Follow up duct cleaning was required during the warranty period. We were pleased with the result. Your employee Jeff was friendly, courteous and professional. Represented Morgan Air as one would expect of any employee building relationships with a customer. 5 star performance. more

Morgan Air to the rescue!! Thank you so much to Rich Mattew (Field Manager) came out Monday to us to diagnose the problem The old system was dead and not worth fixing, but it was over twenty years old. He worked with us to get the best system to cover all our needs (thank you Rich great job). By 7:00 PM Monday all installed by two great guys Elliot and Bismar. Office staff is not very nice and seem to lack communication within their computer system. They are also not very good at returning phone calls for regular maintenance since I called them 2 times with no return phone calls. Where they lack, Rich M. makes up for in service! He is very knowledgeable and just amazing! He was the one who helped us get our new A/C unit and since has provided excellent service and quality products!! Even if the office staff seem clueless and rude, the quality of products and service received are good, especially for the price! more

This is by far the worst company I have done business with in many years. They seem to specialize in lying and canceling appointments for service paid for. While they seem to talk a good game when the phone staff isn't screwing off talking to each other when they are on the phone with you. They have canceled service calls 3 times at the last min without concern for my time to be home when they arrive. The so called manager is nothing more then a front man with seemingly no authority or not willing to work to help the situation. He refused to let me talk to the owner several times telling me you have gone as high up in the company with me as you're going to get. What a joke . I have 7 more prepaid service calls with these idiots ( they came with the new system) that i intend on collecting no matter what the pain is to get them to live up to their end of the deal. Run don't walk away from these liars and the way I see it thieves. This company need to be highlighted in Americas Worst run companies and shown what they really are . Great at taking your money, promising you the world then laughing at you as they screw you. I expect not to hear back from anyone with any authority to make another false promise but I will get everything I paid for from this pack of liars . There are too many reputable AC companies out there then to get involved with these fools .Spend your hard earned money with someone else that actually does what they say they will and not lye outright to you while I'm sure snickering to themselves knowing they are telling another lye. more

I had the pleasure of having Jason come to troubleshoot my AC problems today. He was very professional and friendly and walked me through the repair versus replacement options. Unable to get Morgan air to work on a/c unit due to emergency weather calls I called another company to look at my unit for $49.95 Should have known better but after 2 hrs of diagnostics was told I needed a new complete unit and when could they start.($5500) 5 ton unit seer 14 I told them I needed a second opinion. Learned not to rush into things. Since Morgan air sold me the system I waited for them to fit me in. I am glad I did as they sent Jason to the rescue and he found nothing wrong with the system other than it was outside temperatures 30" + making the system work harder to stay warm inside. WOW !!! 5 years I have stayed loyal other than this occasion. No more 2nd guessing and stay with Morgan Air. Even if I had to replace the system They replaced prior my elderly parents home system from a crook who wanted $800 to repair a 25 year old ac unit. Had them put in a extra lamp for mold etc. To Jason (Tech) and Robert for helping out on the RTO. THANK YOU !! To the young lady who tried to see if she could fit us in that Sunday and following through to keep us informed a Big Hug and Thank you. Service / Reasonable costs is what keeps me coming back .. more

Did an outstanding job more

Jason and Fred, his trainee, provided service to our A/C today. The work was completed in a very professional and timely manner. There were situations that required parts and physical intervention, such as rust, minor build up of foreign substances which were taken care of. All of these situations were confirmed via photos on his Epad. I am very happy with the results of this service as I notice a major improvement in the coolness and air flow of my system.
