Such a phenomenal young man! Extremely happy with his service! Had the best customer service that I've seen since I can remember! It was a hot day out and he made sure he did everything that he could to get our system back running! Front desk lady not so helpful. Took a couple hours to return our calls and was not as friendly as I expected for someone who needed the service job. Tech was not familiar with what to do, maybe implement more training. Despite it all Jay saved you all a customer for life. Anytime we need more service I would request him.
