Mr Jeff came to do maintenance of the cooler, which was not done for over a year. But he did a good job and I was satisfied with what he did.

Not to happy because it cost me money, again

Jason was the tech who came to diagnose the problem with my AC. He seemed very knowledgeable and was good at explaining to me what was going on with my AC. He was professional and polite. more

Heating and A/C Repair 7/7/2016

My heating and A/C units have been serviced by Morgan Air on more than one occasion and I can not imagine any one or any company providing a higher or better level of service. Brett has been to my home on more than one occasion and he is a perfect example of the high quality of service one will enjoy when having Morgan Air service your appliances. more

air conditioning service 7/1/2016

We were having some issues with our cooling. Jason from Morgan AC came to our home & quickly discovered that our ducting system had been compromised by rodents. Although it was his recommendation to replace all of the ducting, at my request he was able to quickly patch it up, and stop the big leaks. I would highly recommend Jason, the technician, he was very honest, hard working, pleasant to be around, and very eager to please. I would have him come back to my home any time when I am in need of a repair. more

When he came to my home he presented himself and thoroughly explain what was wrong and proceeded to fix what had to be fix. Lucky or me it was just a coil and it was a huge relief that cool air was once again running thru the house....Ed more

My air wasn't cooling and Brett came out to the house and in a matter of mins. he took care of the issue. He is ordering parts and will be back to install those next week. Very kind and knows what he's doing! Lisa more

AC Angels!! 6/13/2016

We bought our first house a little over 2 years ago and we have been scammed by contractor after contractor ever since. That is until we met Brainard and his team from Morgan Air. When our ac officially died Rich came out ASAP he immediately put our minds at ease that they would get us up and running in no time.He begin working immediately on getting us a new system at a price we could afford. We are a large family of 7 and a new ac was not in the budget, but like a knight in shinning armor Brainard got us the financing we need at an AMAZING price that we can actually afford, and we now have a new unit running beautifully!!. My family will be forever grateful for the team at Morgan Air, no other ac company would have done what they did for us. Jason provided incredible customer service. His attention to detail from diagnosing the problem, to alerting us to a larger unknown issue to educating us along the way was top notch. In this situation, Jason had my family's health in his best interest. He fully documented the service call, what and why he was recommending what we should do and was at the peak of professional behavior. In an industry where I've often felt taken advantage of, I'm 100% pleased with the service I received. Jason is building a relationship - that truly counts in this day. Thanks Jason. more

We now have cool air!!!! 5/18/2016

What a great experience! Used my homeowners' warranty service and they assigned Morgan Air to come service our air compressor. A capacitor blew so he replaced it and assessed that I needed my wiring redone as well as an install of a new surge protector. A capacitor had blown out last year but a different company only changed the capacitor but did not change the surge protector. The tech, Mr. H. was humorous, competent and professional, as well as thorough and quick! He was unable to come at the time he was scheduled but made up for it.... Pricing I believe was at current market prices. I would totally recommend Morgan Air to others! more
