I had an issue with water collecting in the drip pan of my main Central Air system, which had only been in place for a year. This resulted in the condenser shutting down and not blowing cool air. I took the normal steps of checking breakers, filters, etc. and vacuumed the drain line with a shop vac twice, however the condenser still would not kick on. Patrick from Morgan Air arrived the evening of the same day I called in the issue to my home warranty company, quickly diagnosed the problem to be that the original installer had put two traps in the drain line, causing the sludge to back up and clog the line. He corrected the issue, inspected the unit, chemically cleared the line, and the air was back in operation in short order. Patrick was very professional and helpful in providing some tips on how best to ensure the problem doesn't reoccur. I was very impressed with Morgan Air's quick response and Professionalism.
