Mr Jeff came to do maintenance of the cooler, which was not done for over a year. But he did a good job and I was satisfied with what he did.

Brett B. is a consummate professional. He introduced himself, asked me to explain the problem, and then explained his trouble shooting process. Once he had diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner, he described how he was going to correct the deficiency. He completed the repair and the system is working great. Thanks Brett. more

Warranty Claim 8/12/2016

On short notice Richard was able to come out to my home and determine the problem with my AC. After finding the issue Richard gave me multiple options on repair and replacement. I have had other AC companies service my AC before and through scare tactics try to sell me a new system, he did not. Richard even educated me on my home warranty options and saved me A LOT of money. Thank you! more

The technician Jake was very courteous, informative and used his time wisely. Performed his duties with outstanding skills and cleanliness. Chris, the scheduler I contacted was also very friendly. Both true professionals. One suggestion for Morgan Air Conditioning management: wouldn't it be feasible to schedule a call automatically for summer & winter inspection for me your customer instead of me having to remember to call in a request for preventive maintenance each summer & winter? more

shut off and turn on problem 7/28/2016

This was the second time a tech had to come out to my home to fix this problem. John H. was not only knowledgeable but an entertaining sort of guy. Keep kept me smiling and my mind off the air problem. It was fixed in a jiffy. Just had to much pressure so he released some Freon. Everything is working great again. Great job John :) more

David and Jack were very knowledgeable about the installation of my AC unit. They were very professional and definitely hard workers. They cleaned up when they were finished and David was very good at explaining what I needed to know about the new AC. I would definitely recommend them. more
