Morgan Air is a great company! From start to finish, we were extremely pleased with their honesty, knowledge, expertise, and everything else that goes along with being very happy customers. Jon was the first to come to our home where the inside temperature was 90 degrees. When he finished diagnosing the problem, he sat with my husband and I for quite some time explaining what the problem was and what options we had. He was well prepared, chock full of information, and helped us to make the best decision on a new unit for our home. Not once did we feel that he was pressuring us into a sale. He made sure we understood every detail and continually asked us if we had any questions. I think we were most impressed when Jon called his office and never once stepped "outside" to speak on his phone. He was totally upfront and didn't have anything to hide. So many repairmen take their phone outside to "call the office." Jon was absolutely wonderful. Thank you, Jon! Darrell and his partner arrived the following morning and worked until 6 p.m. installing our new unit. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with....extremely hard workers (in record-breaking heat,) and they got the job done flawlessly! The new air conditioner was up and running that same night. We were so pleased with their expertise and friendliness. Thank you both! My husband and I highly recommend Morgan Air. The experience started out not so well. The appointment time was 3:30-5:00. Michael arrived at 5:45. Only upon me calling did I get an approval for no one to be home while he did his evaluation and repair. Other than this the repairman was thorough and precise and communicated all with me over the phone and even to send pics of the problem. He seemed to be a knowlegable young man and even though it was late in the evening never rushed in explaining the cause and repair and maintenance of the unit. I would recommend this company with the trained tech, Michael, that was dispatched to me. more

Wow what great service! Our A/C went out and Morgan Air was dispatched to help. Chris in the office called repeatedly to keep us apprised of our tech's eta. It was very helpful. Jason L came to our rescue. Jason was very courteous and respectful of us and our home. It turned out ours was a simple problem which Jason was able to diagnose and correct in about 30 seconds. However, instead of running to his next call, and even though it was 9PM, Jason took all the time I needed to help me better understand our system and teach me what to do should this ever happen again. John came in and diagnosed the problem in less than an hour and refilled our freon and told me a part was needed to be ordered. He came back in less than a week and replaced the inner coils and did a fantastic job. It is nice to have decent work done and nobody tries to screw you over and take advantage. I totally recommend Morgan A/C more

At last we have air! It took some doing, but between Patrick and John and Morgan Air scheduler Chris, all systems are working. The techs were prompt and kept us informed about when they would get here and what they did to fix things. The AC was less than a year old and had, it turns out, a defective seal connecting to the coil in the air handler. This leaked the coolant so replacing it only lasted a few days before we again had no AC. But now the coil is replaced so all is cool again. Never enjoyed going to the Drs office as much as during this ordeal. They had AIR! more
