MB of Cary the Place to go for Service 11/7/2010

I purchased my first MB from them in 2004. Kim Fredlund as been my Service Advisor since the beginning and she is AMAZING. I own two MBs and Kim takes care of them both.She knows how demanding my schedule is and always works to get me in and out as fast as possible. Kim has gone above and beyond the call of duty for me many times. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Kim takes time to make sure my wife and I understand what needs to be done to our cars and why. She is also patient when we sometimes need to have things explained more than once or need a night to sleep on a decision. She does all this plus always leaves me with a big smile on my face. Did I mention she is AMAZING. more

Mercedes Benz of Cary is a top notch place. I highly recommend anyone who is intereset in a luxury car go to Mercedes Benz of Cary , not only or the cars beautiflul but the staff is amazing. Fantastic Service and Sales Staff at MB of Cary 10/26/2010

Top notch cars and top notch staff. I've leased two cars for Gary Smith, and highly recommend him as a salesperson. Before leasing the second car, we visited severa dealers and the other brands and other dealers just don't match the MB experience. Highly recommended!! more

Mercedes Benz of Cary is the only place to buy 10/19/2010

I just purchased my second Mercedes and MB of Cary is the only place to go. David Burr is the most friendly and professional salesperson on the planet. Always respectful, funny, and great at follow up. When the lease was up on my first Mercedes my husband made me test drive all the luxury sedans on the market. After each drive I would say "Mercedes is still the best." The people in the sales office are great (especially David) and the service department is the best, comfortable, friendly, efficient and very knowledgable. I will always own a Mercedes with these folks! more

Ben Metzler and David Coyle consistently goes above and beyond what is required to make the car buying experience the most enjoyable process possible. Their attention to detail and professional approach is outstanding. More importantly they are there for you after the sale and see to it that you get everything you need on a timely basis. Car buying in general can be unpleasant and often leaves a bitter taste in your mouth, if you are looking for the ultimate car buying experience give Ben Metzler and the entire team @ MB Cary a shot at earning your business.
