Mercedes Benz of Cary provided the most professional car buying experience to date. My wife and I were extremely happy from the beginning of the process through delivery of the vehicle. Troy was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable sales rep whose style of presentation made us comfortable throughout the selection process. Once we had a new car selected Mike Langlois and the management team worked diligently to make sure we had the deal and incentives that provided us with a purchase price that we were looking for and we were confident it was a good deal. I have purchased a number of luxury cars in the past and the experience at Mercedes Benz of Cary supersedes all others by a long shot. I highly recommend visiting them today for your next purchase. He is more than a salesperson. He is most competent and insightful. He has treated us as friends or family. His guidance has been invaluable. David is the epitome of what all salespersons should be. After David, Ben Metzler has always helped us with all financial matters. As with David, Ben is honest and most helpful. Establishing a relationship with the service representative is so important. Well, Zandra my customer service rep at MB of Cary does and I don't know how she does it but every time I have to bring my car in, she always treats me with the most amazing service. She constantly goes above and beyond to make sure my car is carefully inspected and given the proper service it needs. I would never have my car serviced anywhere else and I recommend you don't either! more
