If you need a new car or a quality used car, look no further than David Burr at Mercedes of Cary. My wife and I recently went to David because we are stuck in a bad lease and needed help. David listened, and cared (which is something you will not always find when looking for a new vehicle). David got us completely out of the lease and helped my wife find a car that he absolutely loves. David is honest and helpful, and has continued to help mutliple times after the sell. Let me repeat, if you need a new car, schedule a time with David. You will not be sorry. more

Mercedes Benz of Cary provided the most professional car buying experience to date. My wife and I were extremely happy from the beginning of the process through delivery of the vehicle. Athough I live quite far from the show room, the representative, David Bur made it possibe for me to fufill my choices. He was clear and honest, did not try to lureme into something likemost dealers do but made me feel he was lookingout for my interest in this whole deal.He presented me with a very doable financial plan for my purchase. It is with much pleasure and confidence that I write this review. It is also from the experience of just purchasing our 4th Mercedes from MB Cary. As with any purchase, it all starts with the salesperson. David Burr has been our sales representative for all 4 purchases. David has earned our total trust and respect. He is more than a salesperson. He is most competent and insightful. He has treated us as friends or family. His guidance has been invaluable. David is the epitome of what all salespersons should be. After David, Ben Metzler has always helped us with all financial matters. As with David, Ben is honest and most helpful. Establishing a relationship with the service representative is so important. We have been privileged to have service representatives that are helpful, informative, and honest. Jaime Arrendono and Kim Fredlund are exceptional. They always go well beyond the normal expectations to make the service experience stress free. David, Ben, Jaime, and Kim are professional, sincere, and knowledgeable. Do you remember the days when customer service meant something? Well, Zandra my customer service rep at MB of Cary does and I don't know how she does it but every time I have to bring my car in, she always treats me with the most amazing service. She constantly goes above and beyond to make sure my car is carefully inspected and given the proper service it needs. I would never have my car serviced anywhere else and I recommend you don't either! more

I cannot say enough about the fine treatment I received at Mercedes-Benz of Cary, and particularly from Richard Meagher who sold me a certified pre-owned 2007 E350 sedan. There was no feeling of pressure, our dialogue was open, honest, and frank. We road tested various vehicles and Richard explained the various features. I was picked up in Southern Pines by a MB of Cary driver when it was time to close the purchase. I was introduced to the service manager. The entire buying process was like dealing with a long-time friend. Kudos to Richard Meagher and Mercedes-Benz of Cary. more
