I have purchased 3 of my last 4 Mercedes from Leith and have had excellent service. David Burr worked tirelessly to find the car I needed. I never felt pressured to buy something I didn't want or rushed in my decisions. It arrived in pristine condition and he prepared my paperwork before I arrived. Ben Metzler made financing a breeze and kept me in the loop with the progress. They rocked! After several years of frequenting MB of Cary and owning BMWs, Lexus and a Jags... I have never experienced a better service department that consistently delivered what was promised with a smile. Jaime Arredondo manages a great team of individuals including my service advisor Zandra Wolf that always make my experience pleasurable. I love working with MB of Cary!
