Having just completed my 4th Mercedes purchase @ MB Cary I felt compelled to share my wonderful car buying experience. Ben Metzler and David Coyle consistently goes above and beyond what is required to make the car buying experience the most enjoyable process possible. Their attention to detail and professional approach is outstanding. More importantly they are there for you after the sale and see to it that you get everything you need on a timely basis. Car buying in general can be unpleasant and often leaves a bitter taste in your mouth, if you are looking for the ultimate car buying experience give Ben Metzler and the entire team @ MB Cary a shot at earning your business. You will be glad you did and it will change your perception forever. I drive past the Raleigh MB store to Cary for both service and sales, it is worth the drive every time !
