I just had MaidPro do a Christmas cleaning for my home and also for my parents house in Sandy. They did a great job getting our house ready for the all the people I had coming and also sprucing up for my Mom. We had to change arrival schedules on them at the last minute and Denise did a great job accommodating our change in schedules. The team they sent was great and my Mom also loved the cleaner they sent her. I hope my husband will consider regular service with MaidPro as we really need it! I would recommend them, A plus! more

I love MAIDPRO! They have been cleaning for a while now, both for my mom and for my home and I couldn't be happier. They do a great job and on top of that they tend to find things I lose every week due to our cluttery house/kids and get it nice and organized for the next chaotic week. \r \r Denise and crew, great job and keep it up! more

To start off, the boys actually did an ok job. But dealing with Byron is not worth returning to that business. He does not care about pleasing customers. I received sarcastic emails when I had questions. I feel I was labeled a ""Voucher Customer"" and was not worth his time. more

The BEST cleaning company! 10/18/2013

I am not sure what some of these people are complaining about but i have had the exact opposite experience. They have been cleaning my home on a biweekly schedule for about a year and a half and i could not be more pleased. The workers they send are well trained and unlike the last poster i have always had a favorable impression of the people at their office. \r \r I once had a cleaner trip in my home and break a picture frame and they were very prompt with a cleaning credit for me. I have other friends in our area that use them so i know they run a good operation. \r \r I think maybe some people are expecting too much off a Groupon or Living social when they haven't had their house cleaned in quite a while. \r \r Thanks Maidpro!\r \r \r more

I love the work they do for me. They are on time, call the day before to confirm, then go down the checklist until completed leaving me with a copy. I appreciate their attention to detail and have not had any problems with their staff or in conversations with the office. I would recommend them and do to my friends and family. more

I have been using MaidPro for about 2 years now on a biweekly service. Overall they have done a very good job for me. I am pretty picky about the arrival windows, and for the most part they do a good job for me setting the time the day before and showing up when expected. If they are late I call and I usually get a quick update on when they will be there. The pricing and quality of the cleaning is very competitive even with independent type KSL cleaners but since I need a company that is insured, if I pay a few more dollars for that I don't mind that. I have never had a problem with theft or anything else. I think they screen their people before they hire them. Anyway, they do a very good job and I will continue to use them. I would recommend you check them out. more

Horrible! They were supposed to arrive at 9 am for initial cleaning. Called the day before and said between 11 and 1. Called the manager, Byron, at 1:15 to ask where they were and he said they were on their way. Told him I'd been waiting all day and he said they usually schedule the times the day before so he didn't know what he could do to fix it. This surprised me, because why did i schedule at 9am two weeks prior. I told him that was unsat and he said ""whatever"". The cleaners arrived mere minutes later. A couple of young guys who looked like gang bangers, plaid shorts pulled down, revealing underwear, ball caps tilted to the sides of their heads. Guys I wouldn't trust in my house for 5 secs. Called Byron back and got the whatever talk again. they couldn't have cared less about my business. Poor operation, bad customer service, uncaring manager, employees who look like thugs! Buyer beware!! more

The previous posters experience is certainly not mine? Maybe she expected to much for a groupon cleaning, not sure but I have used these guys for 3 years at my home and about 2 years at my office. I have found them to be very professional, with reasonable rates, automated email scheduling and in general the same cleaners on a consistent basis. Whenever I talk to their staff or management they are very reasonable in changing or adding to my scheduling needs or modifying my cleaning tasks. I have tried Molly maid and a few others and I have stuck with maidpro and consider them to be the best. Independents may be a bit cheaper but I found out the hardway when one broke a very expensive vase to stick with the bigger guys. I have recommended them and will continue to do so. more

I just terminated MaidPro and would not recommend their service. The cleaning they did was fine--although not exceptional by any means. They charge by the hour and on each of my scheduled cleanings, the cleaners left a half hour early. When I tried to question them about this and indicate I had other jobs, they seemed not to understand, perhaps due to poor English abilities. I was never given a check list of their 49 point cleaning and never asked by the cleaners to walk through to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The manager is quite unfriendly and not very customer service oriented. I will be looking for a more professional -- and friendly cleaning service. more

I loved the service! We just had a move in cleaning and they did a great job. On time, stayed the full time and allowed me to unpack versus having to clean a dirty house. I will get a quote for regular service. I would recommend them. more

I took advantage of the CityDeals. I got a call from a man who was rather curt and abrupt on the phone. We scheduled an appointment. Three people came out. None of them spoke much English. Two women worked together in each of my two bathrooms chatting away in Spanish for about half the time. The young man vacuumed and did a good job. Two rooms were not touched and one of them needed the floor cleaned badly. If I had them come out again, I would supervise and separate the women so they worked independently and didn't spend their time together chatting. They could have gotten more done. It was very basic, no extras, no wiped down cabinets in the kitchen or bathroom. No ceiling fans cleaned or blinds cleaned at all. I asked them to strip the beds and instead, they made the beds because they didn't understand me. more

This company is one of the few companies out there that actually stands behind what they say and delivers high quality cleaning.\r \r I have had other cleaners that break things or steal things and have never had a problem with MaidPro. They are great to work with and always respond to my needs. I like that fact that i can email in feedback/schedule changes automatically as well as get my appointment confirmed via email. I travel alot and this saves me time and money since i am always on the road. Highly recommend! more
