Horrible! They were supposed to arrive at 9 am for initial cleaning. Called the day before and said between 11 and 1. Called the manager, Byron, at 1:15 to ask where they were and he said they were on their way. Told him I'd been waiting all day and he said they usually schedule the times the day before so he didn't know what he could do to fix it. This surprised me, because why did i schedule at 9am two weeks prior. I told him that was unsat and he said ""whatever"". The cleaners arrived mere minutes later. A couple of young guys who looked like gang bangers, plaid shorts pulled down, revealing underwear, ball caps tilted to the sides of their heads. Guys I wouldn't trust in my house for 5 secs. Called Byron back and got the whatever talk again. they couldn't have cared less about my business. Poor operation, bad customer service, uncaring manager, employees who look like thugs! Buyer beware!!
