I took advantage of the CityDeals. I got a call from a man who was rather curt and abrupt on the phone. We scheduled an appointment. Three people came out. None of them spoke much English. Two women worked together in each of my two bathrooms chatting away in Spanish for about half the time. The young man vacuumed and did a good job. Two rooms were not touched and one of them needed the floor cleaned badly. If I had them come out again, I would supervise and separate the women so they worked independently and didn't spend their time together chatting. They could have gotten more done. It was very basic, no extras, no wiped down cabinets in the kitchen or bathroom. No ceiling fans cleaned or blinds cleaned at all. I asked them to strip the beds and instead, they made the beds because they didn't understand me.
