Review content:
I just terminated MaidPro and would not recommend their service. The cleaning they did was fine--although not exceptional by any means. They charge by the hour and on each of my scheduled cleanings, the cleaners left a half hour early. When I tried to question them about this and indicate I had other jobs, they seemed not to understand, perhaps due to poor English abilities. I was never given a check list of their 49 point cleaning and never asked by the cleaners to walk through to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The manager is quite unfriendly and not very customer service oriented. I will be looking for a more professional -- and friendly cleaning service.
