The previous posters experience is certainly not mine? Maybe she expected to much for a groupon cleaning, not sure but I have used these guys for 3 years at my home and about 2 years at my office. I have found them to be very professional, with reasonable rates, automated email scheduling and in general the same cleaners on a consistent basis. Whenever I talk to their staff or management they are very reasonable in changing or adding to my scheduling needs or modifying my cleaning tasks. I have tried Molly maid and a few others and I have stuck with maidpro and consider them to be the best. Independents may be a bit cheaper but I found out the hardway when one broke a very expensive vase to stick with the bigger guys. I have recommended them and will continue to do so.
