A couple of items were scratched.Antique butter crock was broken. My ex-wife claims a flute was taken--I know nothing about this nor does moving company. Overall: Very Good. more

Did a good job but misplaced some furniture in storage 8/6/2010

Satisfied with the move-on time and no breakage but forgot 4-5 pieces which were later found in stroage. I had to identify the lost pieces. Not very punctual invoicing for stored items. I would use again and recommend. more

Great Job - Mad City Moving 8/6/2010

The guys never quit working. No damage to our furniture, nor to the homes we were moving to and from. The cost was very reasonable and well within estimates. They would be our preferred mover for any future moves in the area. more

Positive Experience 8/6/2010

The guys that came out introduced themselves and asked a few questions and then got to work right away. They moved quickly but took precautions to protect all of the furniture. There was some minor damage to some of the furniture, but nothing out of the ordinary for a move. I would use these movers again and have recommended them to friends in the area. more

Our experience with Mad City Movers was excellent! They were prompt, friendly, and extremely hard working. They hustled throughout the move. Mad City Movers' two workers did more work in less time than three movers from a different company during our previous move. They took care of our furniture and new home. We were extremely pleased with Mad City Movers' service and would definitely recommend them to others. Based on our recommendation, family members used Mad City Movers and were also very impresssed with the service. more

These guys are the best! They work so hard and very quickly, and are experts at getting difficult situations resolved. Like not giving up on getting an over-sized couch through a small doorway! They are friendly, helpful, and courteous. Very efficient and very experienced. Hard working, strong people! Would recommend them in a heartbeat! more

quick service poor communication 8/5/2010

Movers were on time and had my whole 16ft truck unloaded and moved in to my place in 20 minutes. However it was clear that the office staff does not communicate or train on billing/payment very well. They told me that there was a minimum charge of 2 hours then on my receipt the guys who moved me only charged me for one hour and that is what i signed off on yet they still charged my card 2 hours with out ever giving a follow up call to clear up their employees mistake more

Everything went pretty good except for the moving of the 700# safe. The guys had just a furniture dolly and I was under the impression that they would have a much better device. They had to work way too hard to move it. I could have got one of those carts and some guys to do it but I payed them to do it. I was very dissapointed with that part. more
