Movers were on time and had my whole 16ft truck unloaded and moved in to my place in 20 minutes. However it was clear that the office staff does not communicate or train on billing/payment very well. They told me that there was a minimum charge of 2 hours then on my receipt the guys who moved me only charged me for one hour and that is what i signed off on yet they still charged my card 2 hours with out ever giving a follow up call to clear up their employees mistake more
