I was blown away by the excellent customer service from Sergio. My Honda needed a valve adjustment and trans. fluid drain and filled. I was impressed with the pricing/rates and was prepared to pay for a rental (about 35.00) I showed up bright and early and Sergio tracked down a free loaner for me and since there were not any coupons on your website, he still gave me $10.00 off the trans. service -car was ready on time with no surprises (other than my alarm not working after the service...weird) but again, Sergio told me swing by and they would take a look -regardless, top notch! and you have a new customer! more

Auto Maintenance 10/16/2013

Glen Dubin is the Service Advisor I have relied on to communicate my 1992 Honda Accord's needs for nearly as long as I've owned it. He listens and explains his assessment of the vehicle's condition based on the report from the service techs. I nearly always follow all of Glen's advice. I'm am NEVER disappointed!!!!! more

Are you kidding me??? I get nothing less than first class 5 star service each and every time.......period! Did I mention that I live in Issaquah and there are atleast 3 or 4 Honda dealerships between home and Lynnwood Honda. If you expect the best and want the best than go see my friends Rich or Ashley. They will treat you with respect and never look at you cross eyed..........EVER. more

Went Better Than I Expected... 10/15/2013

I used the online system and made my own appointment. I dropped the car off the night before. I got a call the next morning to verify what I requested. The car was ready when I was told it would be ready and (Martin) the service advisor who was assigned to me was extremely helpful and friendly. more

Oscar is not high pressure but very informative and has treated us very good ...we now have 3 Honda's...recent addition. Rob services our cars and is fantastic...we ask him to do the work because we trust what he reccomends...very happy with both Oscar & Rob.... Tks more

Service Department 10/3/2013

I was able to get an appointment, within a few days of when I called, regarding a problem with my car. The service staff were helpful and courteous when I came in. They took time to explain what they were looking for and then did a test run to try to find the problem. The problem was identified and resolved. Then I was encouraged to return if the problem returned. All the staff I worked with were very professional. more

Purchasing process was fine & first Service visit went smoothly 10/3/2013

Sales staff was pleasant to work with and when we had the car in for the Cilajet the service department was friendly and courteous. Overall, our time at Lynnwood Honda was terrific. And the CR-Z looked great when we drove it home. It is the 2nd Honda we've purchased from LH. more

Great job on scheduled service 10/3/2013

The customer service at check in/check out was excellent as usual. My issue is something that has never happened before. Usually you get a nice car wash as part of service and my car was dirty. Worse yet is no paper was put down on the carpet and there were black boot/shoe prints all over the driver seat floor area. Any other time I've been there they put paper down to avoid that. It was quite a mess. Bottom line is the customer service and person you check in with is great - this time it was the same if not better. I love going there. I would still give them a five on service (carpet notwithstanding) and customer service as well. more
