The service took about 30-40 minutes longer than anticipated but they compensated (without my asking) with a coupon for a credit to be applied to our next service appointment. more

I appreciate that, in addition to a standard oil change, basic elements are always checked. I was not only recommended a new battery yesterday but also shown how far it was down, warranting replacement. What I know about the inside of a car you could stuff into a thimble, so I'm always grateful not only for such insight but also that it's described to me in a way that I can understand. more

They Lost my car key 9/29/2013

In 11 years I have had excellent service. This last time did not go well. When it came time to get my car back, my valet key could not be found. Fortunately, I had my other keys with me. Glen worked hard to find out where it had gone, but I had to return the next day to get it and get my car washed. more

Competent service, shuttle rides, professional people 9/2/2013

I appreciate the professional, courteous, competent teams that perform such good work on my car, keep me informed about the costs, any possible repairs that might be needed, provide with accurate time deliveries and provide free shuttle service, too! I have used this dealership for all of my car services needs when I purchased it there 7 years ago. I plan to continue to bring them my business for as long as this car keeps going, and probably my next one, too! more
