Took car in for routine checkup, customer service was polite and straightforward, their waiting accommodations were comfortable and cleanly and the staff were quite accommodating, and the service was quick and came with a complementary cleaning more

Great service 10/31/2013

I have been going to Lynnwood Honda for years and recently chose to buy a new car there. I've always been very pleased with their service. I went last week for service and had an unexpected issue due to running over a nail. As my car is only a few months old, the service staff worked hard to ensure I had to pay as little as possible. I have never had any problems following service at Lynnwood Honda. The staff is always informative, helpful, and friendly. more

They Pay Attention 10/31/2013

I was completely satisfied with the service I received. In fact, the previous time I was in I backed into another car as I was leaving and now they park the cars by backing them in so that when you leave to go you pull out head first. Good going Lynnwood Honda! more

The service advisor was very friendly and informative. The service itself was a bit slow -- a little over an hour for an oil change that I had an appointment for. But that did include a run through the carwash, so overall very good! more

Lynnwood Honda seems to be stepping up their service. This trip was excellent! We had a recall service done 2 years ago and our power steering had gone out again. Lynnwood Honda worked it out with Honda and fixed the issue at no cost to us. This is why we buy Honda. more

We have taken our vehicles to Lynnwood Honda for service and have three great experiences. Recently we purchased a pre-owned vehicle. Our salesman, Bill and the Pre-owned manager Keith were very accommodating and easy to work with. They made sure our vehicle was working to our satisfaction which included putting on a brand new set of tires at their cost. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Lynnwood Honda for sales or service. more
