Review content:
The customer service at check in/check out was excellent as usual. My issue is something that has never happened before. Usually you get a nice car wash as part of service and my car was dirty. Worse yet is no paper was put down on the carpet and there were black boot/shoe prints all over the driver seat floor area. Any other time I've been there they put paper down to avoid that. It was quite a mess.
Bottom line is the customer service and person you check in with is great - this time it was the same if not better. I love going there. I would still give them a five on service (carpet notwithstanding) and customer service as well.
