I was blown away by the excellent customer service from Sergio. My Honda needed a valve adjustment and trans. fluid drain and filled. I was impressed with the pricing/rates and was prepared to pay for a rental (about 35.00) I showed up bright and early and Sergio tracked down a free loaner for me and since there were not any coupons on your website, he still gave me $10.00 off the trans. service -car was ready on time with no surprises (other than my alarm not working after the service...weird) but again, Sergio told me swing by and they would take a look -regardless, top notch! and you have a new customer!
