The people I spoke with were all courteous and tried to be helpful, however there was a sort of neglected and chaotic feel to the service dept. from my first call when they seemed to have trouble understanding what I was requesting the appt. for, and how to make the reservation. Yet, I still have faith in the expertise of the mechanics at Lynnwood Honda and the people out in the "shop" who are handling the vehicles. more

Both times that I've taken my car in for regular service checks, I received excellent service. THey provided me with facts so I could then make the best decision for me. The are very knowledgeable, straightforward and friendly. more

Did my regular LOF and the service agent put me down for a higher level of service than I requested so I had him redo the deal to save $40 for services I didn't need nor want. more

when I first purchased my car, was told my first oil change was complimentary. they followed through on this promise. It would have been better if they had noted this on the system since this needed to be verified at time of service even though I called prior to the appointment and was told it would be taken care of. more
