Repairs waiting room 12/3/2013

I always enjoy the lounge area when I'm waiting for my car to be repaired. I was disappointed the other day, though, when the coffee machine and the refrigerator were both broken. For a company that prides itself on mechanical repairs, this seemed inexcusable. more

What is great about this place 12/2/2013

The employees are polite; the price is great with the coupon and the free hand car wash; the waiting room is extremely pleasant to be in and the free coffee and juice are an added touch that I have not seen at any other dealer including Honda dealers. more

Great repair! 12/2/2013

The service department communicated well keeping me aware of the status of the repair. The added value they offered in a quick vehicle inspection identified some attention areas and the car was returned cleaned but wet. There was a lady who approached me in the lobby of the Service department that helped to speed up my pickup. She did not appear to be a service writer but found my paper work and walked me to the cashier and had my car brought around as quickly as possible, which I really appreciated. The only thing I would say to improve on the whole experience would be if they are washing vehicles, make sure they are drying them as the car was returned still wet. more

Attentive 11/21/2013

I I have been a diehard Volvo fan but decided to jump ship and go with the new Honda CRV after reading reviews. This has been a wonderful experience for me from the time that I stepped onto the lot at Lynnwood Honda until the time that I left. Danny Hook was well informed, attentive and extremely capable in helping me obtain exactly what I was looking for! I would highly recommend!! more

Honest Service Dept. 11/21/2013

I took in my Fit with some issues in switching gears and wasn't sure what was wrong. They examined and determined it was just a loose battery connection and didn't even charge me a full hour of work. Plenty of places would have made up something wrong with the vehicle just for an extra buck. They did not at Lynnwood Honda and Glenn was a great representative. Thanks! more

Lynnwood Honda was awesome. Having never been through the car leasing or buying process, they were extremely patient in providing information/answering questions, as well as tailoring a pricing option that fit within my budget. I would have enjoyed a longer test drive that included a highway drive, but overall a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to friends. more
