Easy-Peasy oil change and engine check 1/15/2014

Quick nd Easy Oil Change 1/15/2014

Came during a busy time without an appointment and was told it would take 1.5hrs for an oil change + car wash. It ended up only taking an hour and I was on my way. Staff was friendly and explained the inspection done as well. Customer lounge was a nice place to kill the hour more

Quality of visit 1/14/2014

Nice gentlemen welcomed me at the door and told me which specialist would be helping me that day. Precise information from the specialist about my rig and was worked in a good amount of time. I love my Ridgeline because it meets all my family functions. 1. Family 2. Yard 3.Sons sports 4.Family dog 5. Service was good, on time, polite staff. However I have one suggestion: Cell phone users should be discouraged from talking at length in the upstairs lounge. On my last two visits WE ALL had to listen to extended social calls. Perhaps cell phone users could be encouraged to leave the room when they receive calls. more

Excellent All Around 1/13/2014

I took my car in to be inspected. They gave me a time estimate that proved right on target. They went over all points of what needed to be done and an estimate. We scheduled the maintenance. The time from they gave me was on the mark. The work they did is perfect. My car hasn't run this well since I first bought it new. Every person I dealt with was professional and friendly. I felt comfortable from beginning to end. more
