took the time to really explain the car stuff 12/22/2013

Glen was amazing. I called at 7:30am with a problem on my car. He said bring it in we will get it looked at. The shuttle drove me home, so I didn't have to wait all day there. Glen called around 3pm to tell me they found what was wrong and could fix it by 5pm and that the problem was covered by the warranty. Which was the best news ever during Christmas. The shuttle came and picked me up after I got the call my car was ready. Then Glen explained exactly what happen. more
