Review content:
The service department communicated well keeping me aware of the status of the repair. The added value they offered in a quick vehicle inspection identified some attention areas and the car was returned cleaned but wet. There was a lady who approached me in the lobby of the Service department that helped to speed up my pickup. She did not appear to be a service writer but found my paper work and walked me to the cashier and had my car brought around as quickly as possible, which I really appreciated. The only thing I would say to improve on the whole experience would be if they are washing vehicles, make sure they are drying them as the car was returned still wet.
