After my "check engine" light came on, I went in last week to see what the trouble was. They determined that I needed an new IMA battery. It turned out that the parts and service were all under warranty. This was information they provided. I didn't have to figure this out on my own. They replaced the battery and cleaned the inside of my car (no external wash because it was too cold outside) and all was done faster than their initial estimate. Lynnwood Honda is where I bought the car, and where I continue to go for routine service. They never disappoint.
