We recently bought a 2014 Pilot, and the experience could not have gone better. The moment I heard Jethro Tull as the ""musak,"" I knew it was going to end well. Mike Ozark responded to my email info request, and then took excellent care of us throughout the process. Our first new car in 12 years, he took a lot of time showing us all the new technology gizmos. Ben in finance made it quick and easy to understand the options, and made it totally painless. We almost panicked when we lost the title to our trade-in, but it was easily resolved no problem. Everyone there seemed very genuine, which is f-ing rare in a car dealership. We will be back.
