Always use this company. They arrived just on time. The rep was very polite and informed about the mover’s arrival. She also called me when the movers were supposed to arrive to check if they reached on time. I was impressed with her dedication. She was really concerned about our move. The movers were fast and experienced, so did not have much problem with them. The move was finally over and I was happy with their service. Thanks for everything. more

Better than expected, they were pretty good.\r I used them for my move from San Diego to Atherton, they gave me a middle of the road price, showed up on time. I was a little worried about extra charges, there was only one, $40 to build a box for my TV-not so bad-I got to keep the box.All in all positive experience, -I'd use them again. more

Lightning moved me from chicago to san francisco last week. They delivered all my stuff on time and with zero damages. The really special part of this whole move was the last minute response. i called them 2 days before i had to move and they handled the move even better than the company i had move me to chicago with 2 months notice. I just used these guys to do a move from NY to SF. They were great! The loaders were fast, wrapped and loaded everything carefully, and it was a pretty good sized job. We came out of a 3 bedroom house upstate with about 12,000 lbs. I was worried we would see extra charges, but they kept their word, the excellent price didnt increase a penny and everything arrived exactly on schedule. The women over the phone really helped me out a lot with all my questions and concerns. I felt really positive that I was going to receive the same service the day of the move but boy was I wrong. When the movers first got there I could not believe there lack of professionalism. The supervisor of the movers was smoking right in front of me and my 3 year old daughter. How rude.. Than as he was moving my furniture I asked him to please wrap it in blanket which I was told were going to be free due to the fact that I did not want him to penetrate my upholstery with his cigarette smoke. They charged me almost 300 dollars for tape and small boxes which I know cost like 3 bucks each at home depot but OH NO DONT WORRY MRS ALRIGHT WE WILL TAKE CARE OF ALL YOUR MOVING NEEDS.... Stay away from them they too will get you...... Next time I'm better off hiring some laborers at the local home depot and renting a haul. Cons: They take advantage of you more

They were late, and really unprofessional. Also, I made the mistake of charging it on my card. They charged an extra $400! They keep telling me they took off the charge, but they never did. And now, they won't return my phone calls. more

Awful move. They movers were lazy. My partner and I carried more things out to the truck then they did. And at least we didn't break anything.\r \r They were sexist and rude, too, constantly making comments. Hey guys--I know I'm gay, you don't have to tell me that!
