Greeted nicely by receptionist staff. Appointment ran on time and other staff said hello while walking past us. Exceptional stylist! We have never had a bad haircut in 12 years.

Vanessa is the best (and nicest!) stylist at legacy. You cannot go wrong with her--she delivers a perfect cut every single time and she's also nice and kind. She cuts my hair and my kids and we all love her! more

My hair cut and hi-lites were great. I was very disappointed in the person who did my make-up. It was an intern (I am all for students learning) but I had a event to attend that night and I looked like Ronald McDonald when she was done. It was also very time consuming. The assistant who blew dry my hair was also very slow. more

Warm , welcoming, efficient 3/10/2011

I like the extra touches from taking and hanging up my coat throough the shampoo and massage to the actual cut. Then you can make your next appointment before you leave. more

Was not informed about extra charge. 3/6/2011

I got a good cut and color but I was upset because I was charged an extra 26 dollars because my stylist used an extra bottle of color. I have gotten my hair done at Ladies and Gentleman several times and I have never been told they needed an extra bottle of color. I think that 26 dollars is a lot of money to charge extra without telling the client in advance. If my stylist needed an extra bottle he should've asked me before he used it and then told me it would be an extra 26 dollars. more

Haircut 2/28/2011

Everytime I go to Ladies and Gentlemen I have a great visit but this one was extra special since Holly asked to take pictures of my cut for a class! Megan, who washed my hair, gave the best arm massages I've ever had during a haircut. Holly is always friendly and professional and always makes sure the haircut is perfect before I leave the chair. I am grateful Cleveland has such a wonderful spa to give me an oasis amongst my crazy work life! more
