Greeted nicely by receptionist staff. Appointment ran on time and other staff said hello while walking past us. Exceptional stylist! We have never had a bad haircut in 12 years.

Penny and Susan gave us a wonderful couples massage experience. 4/3/2011

We had a 40 minute couples massage. As usual, Penny was wonderful. Professional, kind and proficient, while Susan gave my wife a wonderful treatment, soothing away her tight spots. We are regulars, love the whole experience, from the steam showers to the foot bath to the aromatherapy and tea. Truly an incredible value, too. This location does a great job in instilling good service from all of the staff, too, and I have always been treated well with haircuts and hair removals as well as massages. more

Excellent 3/27/2011

Shari did my 8yr old daughter's hair on a Friday evening. He was EXCELLENT, enthusiastic and professional. My daughter keeps her hair short and sporty and he knew exactly what to do even though he had never done her hair before and he was very effient too. Excellent and priced right! more

Friendly & Efficient 3/26/2011

The staff is super friendly and approachable unlike some salons where the staff often times have attitudes. The product displays are attractive and full. Any product I may need is readily available unlike the smaller Aveda retail stores where availability is limited. My stylist was very responsive to my hair needs/concerns and offered suggestions. She did a wonderful job with both the coloring and cut. I am very pleased. more

Having been a client for some time I was a bit hesitant to try a new stylist. He put me at ease immediately - listened to my concerns, answered my questions and had me looking great at the end of the appointment. I LOVE my new hairstylist and will be recommending him to everyone!!! more

Am enjoyable experience 3/21/2011

I enjoyed my experience and am happy with the hair cut and color I left with. However, I think it's ridiculous that it's up to the stylist to charge the client whatever they want and not tell the client beforehand. According to the price list I should have been charged $95, but I was charged $119 (I imagine because of my semi-long hair length). Someone should have told me they were going to add $24 to my bill before they cut my hair. That's reason enough for me not to come back. more
