Greeted nicely by receptionist staff. Appointment ran on time and other staff said hello while walking past us. Exceptional stylist! We have never had a bad haircut in 12 years.

I found this salon by accident and initally began going to Mentor, but living in Lyndhurst I opted to go closer and save the gas. I am very pleased with my on-going service by Leslee and the respectful way I've been treated...compared to other salons that have snobby attitudes. My only issue is that I sent an email prior and did not receive a response when I complained about the noise level. I thought the din was horrible around the bend in back at Legacy and not a very spa-like or soothing environment. Sure, you can't help the noise of blow dryers etc, but I think the accoustics could be improved and people might be a bit more respectful. I still like it and the staff far better than any other place, and alleviating the tipping hassle is a joy. more

Valerie was great...she agreed to come in early before I left on vacation. Not only was that MUCH appreciated, but she did a GREAT job! It was my first time @ Ladies and Gentlemen and I was VERY impressed! more

This last minute eye brow wasing experience was good. I was a little disappointed because when I got home there were hairs that were forgotten. I am guessing the poor lighting at the hair was sinks allowed for the mishap. My hair is light and good lightening is needed. more

The stylists did an amazing job with all of my wedding party and my mom. I had 7 bridesmaids, myself, and my mom came in and we they were on time and got us all done ahead of schedule. Everyone's hair and makeup looked amazing - I was very happy with everything. more

Worst Pedicure I have ever had by far. 5/4/2011

The polish was sloppy and several of my toe nails are very noticeably crooked. I would NOT recommend anyone to Ladies and Gentlemen Legacy Village for any sort of spa services. I expect at least evenly trimmed toenails from a $60 pedicure. more

I was having a lot of trouble with ingrown hair, plus the hassle of keeping up with it all at home. Jessica made a miracle of me in just two visits -- with sage advice, TLC, and wax that doesn't do damage. Every visit is a pleasure for something that is not! more

The front desk was quick, efficient, and friendly. She took my jacket and got me hot tea. The stylist was quick, pleasant, polite, and did a great job. My eyebrows have never looked so polished. I love the no-tip policy, it encourages my loyalty for sure. I will be coming back. more

I had a facial and a pedicure. Both experiences were wonderful I have had several facials in the past but this one was not only relaxing but an experience I am informing my friends of. the pedicure was relaxing and my nails look great and my feet feel even better. more

Hair Trial 4/25/2011

Came in for a hair trial without pictures and Vanessa, my stylist was able to pinpoint exactly what I was looking to do for my wedding day hairstyle. I was so excited by how beautiful my hair looked that I started to cry a little bit. I had a wonderful experience and I can't wait to bring all my girls there on wedding day. more
